McDonald's in Snellville

“I go to this McDonald’s just about everyday to get me a senior coffee and a chicken sandwich are cheeseburger. Everyone is rude accept for the black young male cashier and the older lady who’s always at the front , I have spoke to the manager several times and nothing have been correct, I went this morning to get my coffee and the manger that I spoke to before was rude and looking at me stupid I really dislike it’s not another McDonald close by , I always have to ask for condiments and napkins“

“I Loooove This McDonald's, I've been coming for 4yrs now. Being a regular morning customer, either walking in or drive thru....they always know what I want & even know its my order before even looking at the name when I use app in drive thru (Large Coffee w/15 creams & 5 sugars w/ 4x creamers on the side😁⚘️. I So CAN'T Remember Names.......THAT MORNING CREW MEMEBERS & MANAGERS...They ALWAAAAAYS Have Good Customer Service!! When I Come. Yeah, Like Every Fast Food Chain There Is A Hiccup Every Now & Then....These Times I've Witnessed The Crew Pull Together Get It Done Making Sure The Customers Are Satisfied. It's Also Nice To See The Owener/GM At The Restaurant MOST Of The Times & HELPS WHEN HELP IS NEEDED. Unlike Most GM's Ive Witnessed Who Will See They Employee's Needing Assistance & WON'T Assist & Wonder Why They DON'T Have A Happy Crew🤨.

“Keeey was the best CSR person ever at this Avandale decature one if a kind service. She makes you feel like you are at a 5 star restaurant. Confirms order, quick delivery, follow up. Check up on condiments and refill drinks. She made me 2nd guess if I am an American top notch stake house, she is truly a superstar. Best part She acknowledge her customers as soon as the door opens b4 they even make it to the counter or kiosk. Whoever this GM is at this location is truly raising Starts. McDonald's are very Lucky to have such a young ambitious sharp CSR oriented your lady in thier front counter. She truly makes return for such excellent expedited hot food order. She is a Mariotte 5 star Hollywood style welcoming Humble face of McDonald's. They should be greatful and make sure to keep training her to excellent She has full potential to own and operate a McDonald's franchise 100% bet on her.
