“This is THE nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’m 20 years old & I really appreciate the classical music, it’s comfortable for everyone. There was a lady yelling orders in white braids & she was super focused on her job, it seemed like the drive thru was very busy. She was very determined & kind. She told us multiple times kindly that the ice cream machine didn’t work, which oddly was so coincidental because I was thinking of ordering one, haha.The cleanliness of this McDonald’s is definitely higher than 5, definitely a 5.8.The bathroom was beyond my expectations & it was so clean. I appreciate the foot handles for the door, the no touch soap dispenser, no touch paper dispenser & no touch sink. (Motion sensors)There was a toilet, (the smaller stall) that seems to be having troubles with finishing the flushing cycle & spews water, it also seems like it leaks from the bottom, but other than that the bathroom was very welcoming & so well kept!The food came out super fast which is so appreciated. The design of this McDonald’s was very unique as well, I also love the playground that is still there, it’s very rare not these days to see McDonald’s with playgrounds.This McDonald’s was fantastic, the cleanliness, friendliness, hard workers, nice food, unique design, & musical environment was a 10/10. ?In short terms, SLAYYY PERIODTTT. ??The prices are awesome, it’s much cheaper compared to most fast food prices. If that’s not good enough for you, I would definitely recommend downloading & using the McDonald’s app for deals. “They were understaffed and it was shift change, so it became hectic.The biggest issue was that a woman in a Toyota Camry felted entitled enough to throw a fit by not moving in the drive thru lane even after receiving her food leading to a huge backup!The staff worked with everyone else to resolve the issues as quickly and smoothly as possible. They did what they could and while I understand "the customer is always right" that doesn't mean you can be a AHole to the workers when it wasn't their fault.“
“I ordered a double fish sandwich, got home and it was only a single, since I pass that way several times a day, I will go pick up my sandwich later. I approached them nicely and the gentlemen was very friendly and remembered my order, told me to stop back by for my sandwich or refund.....sometimes it's how you treat the workers!Dietary restrictions: ask for no salt on my fries due to blood pressure issues, they fry them up fresh without a problem.“
