“I am always impressed each time I come to this specific McDonald’s on Mundy Mill road off of 985 in Oakwood Ga. Everything is E
excellent from the restrooms being spotless to the music being so soothing and relaxing to the tables being pristine and the food! The food is always excellent perfect temperature and cooked perfectly. The fries are that perfect golden that you would expect at McDonald’s and the Big Mac was exquisite, just enough Big Mac sauce and perfect layering. I absolutely love coming to this McDonald’s and will even double back or travel a longer way just to get to this McDonald’s over any other in the area. If McDonald’s had a perfect restaurant this location would be it!“

“Generally good experiences here food is okay sometimes it could be a bit fresher but for the most part not too bad. Really like going in in the afternoons there is one of their shift supervisors or managers that they're in the afternoon she's absolutely awesome she's on point keeps customer service going she's quick has orders out fast other than that take it or leave it but going in the afternoon she definitely makes it work and makes it happen.“

“Every time we come at this location we get exemplary service! We are in our 70s and my wife always wants a special made fish order which everyone knows when they see us. It is a treat for us to come and to be treated as we are is more than a blessing“

“I normally wouldn’t review a McDonalds, but the two employees (Tony and someone else) working the front when I went around lunchtime had so much patience and composure despite the impatience and unwarranted rudeness of the customers they were trying to help. I wish I had the self control they have. My Big Mac meal was perfect too and came out quickly.“

“I wanted to recognize the team at the McDonald's on Dawsonville Highway in Gainesville for providing one of the best customer experiences I've had anywhere in the country.

During my visit, David checked on guests to make sure everyone had what they needed, and both Michael and Kenny were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. My Big Mac was prepared exactly as requested, which I greatly appreciated.

What stood out even more was the attention to cleanliness and detail throughout the restaurant. Team members were actively cleaning the interior and exterior windows, checking and maintaining the restrooms, and keeping the dining area tables clean. It was clear that everyone took pride in their work and was committed to providing a great experience for customers.

Please extend my congratulations and appreciation to the entire team, including the employees working behind the scenes whom I did not have the opportunity to meet. I travel extensively, and this is truly one of the best-run McDonald's locations I have encountered anywhere in the United States.
