The night shift manager is a delight to talk to, making the dining experience more enjoyable. They efficiently handle online orders, carefully bagging them for pickup. The Quarter Pounder with mayo, shredded lettuce, and bacon remains a standout menu item. However, there have been some concerns; during a recent visit, a customer noted that the kiosk wouldn't print receipts, and there were no napkins in the lobby. Additionally, some tables hadn't been wiped, and there was a dead cockroach found on the lobby floor near the children's play area. It is also worth mentioning that while the restaurant advertises 24/7 service, there are instances when the dining room closes earlier than expected, as experienced by a customer who found the doors locked at 10:37 PM, despite signs stating a closing time of 11 PM.
