to me I think McDonald's is losing it. the food just ain't as good as it used to be it taste rubbery the hamburgers are bland

Service was a disaster. It was total chaos with everyone behind the counter yelling at each other in a panic.My Dude threw my bag of food at me and disappeared. Had to run him down for cups. Then I had to run him down for a carrier for my four large drinks. While I was filling them, an employee running through the lobby with food for the drive through just about tackled me.It was just ridiculous.

I pick up uber eats orders a lot here, and the staff is always nice. I came in today at 5 pm and the staff was very kind and seemed to be working hard, had 4 different employees ask me if I had been helped (which is surprising compared to most fast food places) and the way they bag their DoorDash/uber orders is very helpful compared to other restaurants:)

Got my food wrong took it back and they still made it wrong... Since when does cheese come on McChickens and Hamburgers. Not cheeseburgers, Hamburgers.....the fries were rubbery....

The kid working the first window had no communication skills, completely ignored me when I told him i was sitting there at the menu thing and no one was taking my order but two other cars in the other lane went right through and got their order no problem. Tried explaining that to the kid at the 1st window and he just talked over me when i tried explaining my frustration. The lady at the 2nd window was pleasant and friendly though. If you hate your job, go somewhere else or file for unemployment. ??(the chicken biscuits are amazing though)

This is the worst McDonald's! They never get the order right! I would rather drive across town to a different location then waste my time having to go back in and get them to correct my order. Every time! Plus they are rude when they have to correct it!
The employee was rude and whenever I asked for a water cup, she tried to charge me for a regular drink. I will not go back to this McDonald’s.

The Quarter Pounder, add mayo, shredded lettuce & bacon is AMAZING.???Of course, bacon makes everything fantastic ???They are supposed to be 24/7.⏰️ However, please note: they close nearly every evening (morning) we've visited at 2:00 a.m. for an undisclosed amount of time apparently....

All the McDonald's in Gainesville have gotten so slow after covid. It's ridiculous. McDonald's should be forced to remove FAST FOOD (false advertising) from its resume. This is ridiculous. I sat in the drive thur for 10 minutes just to be told cash only. All 3 of the Gainesville locations are so slow at night that it is unreal. I've clocked 38 minutes in the drive Thur before.
