“I had a rather unpleasant experience at the McDonald's nearby, and I was hesitant to turn back around. Luckily, the manager Álvaro was able to help me get my burger replaced. The new burger tasted much better and higher quality. If I ever stop by again, it will definitely be at this location from now on.“

“Went thru the drive thru and it took about 15 minutes. Ordered 8 single cheese with bacon and 5 corn pups. Down the road found pickles on all but one and one slice of bacon not completely done on every one. The corn pups were still cold in the middle where they were not cooked. We were told at the window it took so long because an employee had just walked out and quit. This was 7/12/2023. Not happy.“

“I love chicfila, okay? we come through the drive thru all the time.

BUT when my hubs orders a deluxe SPICY sandwich w/ colby jack cheese
and I order a regular deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese

whoever reads the order and puts together the sandwich puts the pepper jack cheese on the spicy deluxe…….

it has happened at least twice.

now today but hubs picked up chipotle. but took ME to cfa. so only I order a cfa deluxe sandwich which pepper jack cheese.

we get home…. and it’s a spicy deluxe with pepper jack cheese 🙄

this is at least the third time man….

and it’s not whoever put in the order’s fault. cuz i read it. and the order is right. the sandwiches are wrong.

not only one time. this has happened 3 times to us. at this location

“Family has been coming to this Arby's for over twenty years, and it's one of the few places in town that never fails. Always fresh tasting and hot. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. It doesn't smell. Important when eating!“

“I love Culvers burgers and their fries, eat there for lunch once a week. it was cold out today and I thought a bowl of chili would be good. Ordered the chili supreme, paid for extra onions, cheese and sour creme, no sour creme on the tray, they told me they were out of it. you could have let me know before hand, I would have skipped that part of the order. $10.54 for a little bowl of chili, hardly any meat in it, fries and a drink, what a disappointing meal.“

“I wrote a review and the store manager called me back and it was very nice. He told me to come in and he would replace my order that was messed up and I did today and he remembered me and everything no question asked. He made sure it was right before giving me the food. Great customer service and he seems like a great store manger. Thank you so much it made my day. I have faith in McDonald's again.“

“The best part about this visit was that my husband who was in the Navy for 10 years got a free drink for being a veteran. That was the first time someone did that. My husband is old school so he mixing different drinks together. Can you say kamikaze? Mix a few different drinks together. He loves it and it's a fun guessing game on what sodas I use for him. Note to self. Never mix grape together. Too over- powering.

“This store is SO incredible. I’ve called to verify their process whenever they get a gluten-free sandwich online order, they treat it as if it’s for an allergy (instead of a preference). They wipe down all surfaces and touch points, the slicer, wash hands, change gloves, use a dedicated GF knife. They get their ingredients from the back for that sandwich. They really try to make it as low cross-contamination as possible.

They no longer have the GF snickerdoodles, which is a bummer, but I truly appreciate this store’s attempts to make my experience as safe as possible. I have ordered MANY gluten-free subs from this store and have never gotten sick. I greatly appreciate their attention to detail for those of us with intolerances, allergies, or Celiac.“
