The new burger tasted much better and higher quality. If I ever stop by again, it will definitely be at this location from now on.“

“Went thru the drive thru and it took about 15 minutes. Ordered 8 single cheese with bacon and 5 corn pups. Down the road found pickles on all but one and one slice of bacon not completely done on every one. The corn pups were still cold in the middle where they were not cooked. We were told at the window it took so long because an employee had just walked out and quit. This was 7/12/2023. Not happy.“

“I love chicfila, okay? we come through the drive thru all the time.

BUT when my hubs orders a deluxe SPICY sandwich w/ colby jack cheese
and I order a regular deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese

whoever reads the order and puts together the sandwich puts the pepper jack cheese on the spicy deluxe…….

it has happened at least twice.

now today but hubs picked up chipotle. but took ME to cfa. so only I order a cfa deluxe sandwich which pepper jack cheese.

we get home…. and it’s a spicy deluxe with pepper jack cheese 🙄

this is at least the third time man….

and it’s not whoever put in the order’s fault. cuz i read it. and the order is right. the sandwiches are wrong.

not only one time. this has happened 3 times to us. at this location

“Just left the drive through, and the gentleman taking our order was AMAZING!! He was extremely polite and professional. My cheese curds were frozen still, so we drove back around and he got us another batch ASAP. People like him makes you want to keep going back. Thank you for being great. 10/15 @10pm“

Ordered the chili supreme, paid for extra onions, cheese and sour creme, no sour creme on the tray, they told me they were out of it. you could have let me know before hand, I would have skipped that part of the order. $10.54 for a little bowl of chili, hardly any meat in it, fries and a drink, what a disappointing meal.“

He told me to come in and he would replace my order that was messed up and I did today and he remembered me and everything no question asked. He made sure it was right before giving me the food. Great customer service and he seems like a great store manger. Thank you so much it made my day. I have faith in McDonald's again.“

“The best part about this visit was that my husband who was in the Navy for 10 years got a free drink for being a veteran. That was the first time someone did that. My husband is old school so he mixing different drinks together. Can you say kamikaze? Mix a few different drinks together. He loves it and it's a fun guessing game on what sodas I use for him. Note to self. Never mix grape together. Too over- powering.

“The night manager here is none other than Mauricio from the other Zaxby's on Textile Way. So this should tell you customer service here just went up another level. This location had good customer service and alright food when they didn't mess up your order. And now Mauricio is here. I placed a simple order, and it was accurate. I asked the cashier what happened, and she replied they had gotten a manager Mauricio.
I now recommend this location.

STAY AWAY FROM THE THOMPSON BRIDGE LOCATION...“

“Chicken and biscuits are not as good as in the past. Spicy chicken is too bland and biscuits are too well done and too salty. Found this to be the case the last two times I have been there.“
