“First time visiting this location since it opened. My general rule is to wait 6 months to give a place time to get a good staff and routine going. I sure did miss the Del Taco we had in Oakwood so long ago. I'm so tired of Taco Bell. Although I despise the traffic on Dawsonville highway I am so, so glad I stopped at Del Taco. I had the regular beef burrito, chips and queso as my side and a cup of rice. I was not disappointed! The young man who took my order was friendly, and the young woman that called my name for me to pick up my tray at the counter did her job. Other than that, I had no interaction with the staff. But the food....spot on. 1000 times better than Taco Bell. More meat, more flavor!! The place was clean, I have to give 5 stars because it was a great experience to me in every way. I will go back no matter the traffic. Thanks Del Taco for returning to Hall County.....set up another location in Oakwood or Flowery Branch soon please!“
“A coworker said they had been to Double D's and got one of the best burgers ever, so he took me there. I didn't expect to be a meat and veggie place. Everything looked so good, but since the burger recommendation, I went with the burger and rings. The burger was really good! Noticed as we were eating, others were coming in for burgers as well. A real throwback to great simple food!“
“We were really pleased to have indoor seating since we were traveling from out of town. Food was good, though my burger had onions even though it was ordered without and the receipt showed that. My husband's eggnog shake was good, but my vanilla shake was only mediocre. Counter person seemed more interested in visiting with the cooks than anything else, but did take our order promptly when we walked in. Not bad, just not stellar.“

Vegetables are crispy as they should be, protein is seasoned appropriately great value and portion size for your money. “A nice atmosphere that wasn't busy. The manager was a little sweet lady who went above and beyond with making sure my order was correct and that the food was great. She checked on me a few times and we had a pleasant conversation. However, after being a part of managing a Fortune 500 for nearly 15yrs now, I will tell you, I’d take the bearded gentleman that helped me tonight 100 to 1 over any other employee of mine or in your store tonight, hands down! “Came through the drive thru around 10:30 8/4/23. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and hooked my order up with extra chicken. They even gave me a free gallon of tea! I work in a restaurant and I know this stuff normally goes to waste once the restaurant closes, so huge respect to the staff for blessing my family with the extra food. Excellent experience!“

“Never tried Jersey Mikes before today. I really wanted a good sub sandwich for lunch. Stopped by this location on Dawsonville hwy in Gainesville Georgia as it was as the closest to me. Pass by this store all the time but today was the day I decided to try it. OMG ! I never expected it to be so delicious! I tried the #8 club sub Mikes way and boy am I glad I did. Perfect sandwich !
