Down the road found pickles on all but one and one slice of bacon not completely done on every one. The corn pups were still cold in the middle where they were not cooked. We were told at the window it took so long because an employee had just walked out and quit. This was 7/12/2023. Not happy.“

“I love Culvers burgers and their fries, eat there for lunch once a week. it was cold out today and I thought a bowl of chili would be good. Ordered the chili supreme, paid for extra onions, cheese and sour creme, no sour creme on the tray, they told me they were out of it. you could have let me know before hand, I would have skipped that part of the order. $10.54 for a little bowl of chili, hardly any meat in it, fries and a drink, what a disappointing meal.“

“The night manager here is none other than Mauricio from the other Zaxby's on Textile Way. So this should tell you customer service here just went up another level. This location had good customer service and alright food when they didn't mess up your order. And now Mauricio is here. I placed a simple order, and it was accurate. I asked the cashier what happened, and she replied they had gotten a manager Mauricio.
I now recommend this location.

“Family has been coming to this Arby's for over twenty years, and it's one of the few places in town that never fails. Always fresh tasting and hot. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. It doesn't smell. Important when eating!“

BUT when my hubs orders a deluxe SPICY sandwich w/ colby jack cheese
and I order a regular deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese

whoever reads the order and puts together the sandwich puts the pepper jack cheese on the spicy deluxe…….

it has happened at least twice.

now today but hubs picked up chipotle. but took ME to cfa. so only I order a cfa deluxe sandwich which pepper jack cheese.

we get home…. and it’s a spicy deluxe with pepper jack cheese 🙄

this is at least the third time man….

and it’s not whoever put in the order’s fault. cuz i read it. and the order is right. the sandwiches are wrong.

“The best part about this visit was that my husband who was in the Navy for 10 years got a free drink for being a veteran. That was the first time someone did that. My husband is old school so he mixing different drinks together. Can you say kamikaze? Mix a few different drinks together. He loves it and it's a fun guessing game on what sodas I use for him. Note to self. Never mix grape together. Too over- powering.

There you have a game during dinner!! I loved my time there and so will you!!“

“This store is SO incredible. I’ve called to verify their process whenever they get a gluten-free sandwich online order, they treat it as if it’s for an allergy (instead of a preference). They wipe down all surfaces and touch points, the slicer, wash hands, change gloves, use a dedicated GF knife. They get their ingredients from the back for that sandwich. They really try to make it as low cross-contamination as possible.

They no longer have the GF snickerdoodles, which is a bummer, but I truly appreciate this store’s attempts to make my experience as safe as possible. I have ordered MANY gluten-free subs from this store and have never gotten sick. I greatly appreciate their attention to detail for those of us with intolerances, allergies, or Celiac.“

He told me to come in and he would replace my order that was messed up and I did today and he remembered me and everything no question asked. He made sure it was right before giving me the food. “This is the my family's first time going to Chipotle. Unfortunately with miscommunication I thought they were out of brown rice. So I got the white rice in my bowl. I'm finished with making my bowl and the guy brings brown rice over to fill up the container. They were out of several toppings. So I put what they had in my bowl. I liked my bowl, I got steak. The food didn't have no flavor to it. My kids said also there was no flavor to the food. I unfortunately don't think I'd come back. We got chips and cheese and cheese was disgusting. They charge for chips and guacamole. They don't have a salsa bar like the other comparable restaurants. So it's a no for me and my family.“

“We have ordered pizza in this place several times and as a general rule I would say it has been always a very good experience. The pizza is great, fresh, balanced in flavor. It takes around 20 minutes to have it ready.
There is no room for seating. It's for delivery only. We prefer to eat it in our car as soon as we receive it. For us eating the pizza hot and fresh is impressive to get the best out of it.
The store is located in an area with a gas station and some other small businesses.
When we have eaten the pizza when we get at home, it's still good but not as it's when eating as soon as it comes out of the oven.
There is soda available. You can pay with credit or debit card.
Although it is not the best setting to eat, it is reasonable and we always enjoyed it. We are talking of around $25.00 for 2 people.

“Tabitha was so amazing she helped me figure out best selection to get for my Prek class Thanksgiving potluck. She even went as far as bringing my stuff out. Food was hot and packaged very well. Will come here again for hot sides for school fuction again if need be. 10/10 service.“
