I understand the concept of the kiosks when you are short staffed, but what is the point when staff doesn't read your order correctly? We ordered two large drinks with our meal for dine in. We received our food in a bag like it was for carry out and no drinks. Went back to the counter to ask for cups and they gave us two small cups after waiting several minutes for anyone to acknowledge someone standing at the counter needing help. There are a few lovely ladies who do an absolutely fabulous job at this location, especially with my special orders.
Typical Taco Bell, there's no real customer service, and you placed your order on the screen and someone calls your name. Food was typical Taco Bell food
