“It had been nearly 6 years since I last went to Chicken Salad Chick. Me and my mother had the opportunity to go during their grand opening. While the atmosphere and service were fantastic, the chicken salad at the time was just ok. I was curious to see how the restaurant was one afternoon and went there for lunch. There were an average amount of people for lunch.

Going inside, I was surprised to not only see already packed chicken salad that people can purchase to take home for the family, but also that they expanded the menu to included different types of Chicken Salad from savory types, spicy types, and healthier types with fruits and nuts.
I also saw that they now added pimento as another option for people to get along with egg salad as well as the option to place your favorite chicken salad or pimento into a sandwich.
I ended up ordering a trio combo which had a scoop of the Classic Carol, a scoop of the Cranberry Kelli and a side soup of Loaded Potato Salad along with several crackers and a butterscotch cookie. The meal was fantastic with the Cranberry Kelli being the best with both a slightly salty and sweet taste. The soup was really creamy and paired well with the crackers.

There were a large variety of customers from families to people on their lunch break from work. The staff were also really helpful and kind with one of them picking up my finished basket to dispose of the trash as I was about to get up and do it myself. I thanked her for it. I was so impressed by the service and food that I decided to buy some chicken salad to go for my parents. When I told them that it was my first time coming here since they first open, the man at the register smiled and said “ Well, welcome back.” I can start to see why this place has managed to stay popular after all these years.

“Went in and ordered a kids macaroni and cheese kids meal with a side of macaroni and cheese for my son. We have visited this store many times with the same order because my son loves the Mac and cheese. In the past the main entree of Mac and cheese comes in a green cup and the side of Mac and cheese is in a blue container. This time both containers were blue and the same small size. I asked if the main side and side is the same side now. The girl looked confused and said yes. I am attaching a photo with the receipt. The so called main entree was 5 dollars and the side was a dollar. I’m guessing this was error but non the less I definitely did not get my money’s worth. A few minutes after this review the GM Daniel reached out and apologized for the mix up and sent me an email offering a free kids meal. It may not sound like much but that is awesome customer service and management! I will definitely be back and this location will always have my business.“

“I always come to this location for two reasons, the food and staff! This past Sunday was super busy which I never mind because the staff always makes it worth it. However, while waiting I immediately realized I was going to be unable to enjoy my meal in store due to the extreme hot temperatures. I never complain but when it was my turn in line I just had to ask one of the staff members if they always keep the thermostat at a certain temperature, the young lady told me that it was something due to the grill that hadn’t been fixed (I don’t remember specifically what it was) but I thought it was pretty ridiculous that a store as busy as this one had there staff working in conditions that I couldn’t even handle myself while just waiting in line. I’ve worked in the food industry so I understand it’s not the easiest and not the best paying either. Regardless, no one should be working under these conditions. Completely lost my respect! My regards are with the new manager Miss Alejandría who seems to make them feel at ease as well as we the customers! They did a wonderful job and I hope this gets resolved for them.“

“The employees at this Firehouse Subs Location know what customer service really means. They greet you with friendly smiles and are very welcoming as you enter the establishment. It only goes up from there. They make sure that their sandwiches are the way you want them. They were patient as I tried to order on the app and they even tried to help me navigate through it. They were so friendly and I love coming an hour and a half out of my way just to get a sandwich from them!“

“The 2 guys that were working around 6 today were awesome and funny! I was on my route for Amazon today and decided to swing in for a sandwich. I never eat subway because I’ve had bad experiences with service. These guys were pretty cool! Do them a favor and give them a raise because they have awesome customer service!!!“
