Chicken and biscuits are not as good as in the past. Spicy chicken is too bland and biscuits are too well done and too salty. Found this to be the case the last two times I have been there.
I saw one lady cough on her glove and keep serving food or boxing it. Saw one young man reach in his pocket take his cell phone out and text, put it back in his pocket and still didn’t change gloves... shame on you two... you make the whole group look bad..
Every time I’ve come to this location, it’s always something with my order. Not to mention it’s always a wait. No matter if you place an order for pickup or drive thru to order when no one else is in the line. When I came before I got handed someone else’s order and had to turn around and go back for mine.
