Went thru the drive thru and it took about 15 minutes. Ordered 8 single cheese with bacon and 5 corn pups. Down the road found pickles on all but one and one slice of bacon not completely done on every one. The corn pups were still cold in the middle where they were not cooked. Krystal is a kid-friendly restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and plenty of parking, including handicap accessibility. The staff, including the manager, are attentive and strive to ensure orders are correct. They bring food to the tables, though service can sometimes be inconsistent, especially near closing time. Their burgers are a popular choice and go well with a chocolate shake. Recently, customers have praised the staff for their friendliness and professionalism, even when arriving just before closing. The food quality is highly appreciated, with many noting that the wings, burgers, and tater tots are cooked perfectly and taste great. The restaurant's management is highly regarded for providing outstanding customer service, making it a place worth visiting, especially during less busy hours.
