Went thru the drive thru and it took about 15 minutes. Ordered 8 single cheese with bacon and 5 corn pups. Down the road found pickles on all but one and one slice of bacon not completely done on every one. The corn pups were still cold in the middle where they were not cooked. We were told at the window it took so long because an employee had just walked out and quit. This was 7/12/2023. Not happy.

I love crystals and I hate that they have not updated any of their restaurants if it was a clean environment and not looking like a hole in the wall Maybe this chain could grow faster
