A nice atmosphere that wasn't busy. The manager was a little sweet lady who went above and beyond with making sure my order was correct and that the food was great. She checked on me a few times and we had a pleasant conversation. I definitely will be going back.Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere was pleasant enough to bring your children and sit in to have a meal.
They bring the food to the tables and tells me mine are cooking she will bring them to me we'll I noticed the customer's that came in after me got served before me, I asked the lady where my food was and she said she thought she had already brought it. Meal ruined ?

First off, if I could give NEGATIVE STARS I would. The Krystal’s on Jesse Jewell in Gainesville, Ga is AWFUL service! The fat, pierced, toothless, druggie coward that works the drive thru is the absolute most disrespectful slob I have ever seen. He was asked (politely) one question due to the fact he couldn’t produce a RECEIPT with the actual total he charged in which he stuttered and gave three DIFFERENT prices of what the total was. For him to act the way he did getting loud and when we go to talk he closes the window on us. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! It was hilarious how he was macho man Randy Savage cussing as we’re LEAVING. ???? what a joke! He refused to give his name too. The fact that he was acting weird when asked why he charged $1 over just shows me that he was guilty of something. From what I gathered and seen his behavior he must over charge every customer $1 and keeps it to support whatever habit he has. He shouldn’t work at a fast food place if he doesn’t want to “deal” with PEOPLE!!! Mind you he was yelling and cussing at a 65 year old WOMAN! BTW It’s been months they can’t produce a receipt. ? sounds a little fishy.

It was 2 pm on a Monday. No other customers, not even in drive thru.I made sure to order mine with ketchup and cheese only…normally they will make them fresh.Not today. I even went inside to eat. They bagged my food and brought it to my table. Opened it up and the burgers were already cold. No steam. Edges of bread were hard. So disappointing.Lady at the register was of no help.I wanted to order chili to soften and warm them up. She said it was seasonal and couldn’t help me. I’m 56 and been eating Krystal for decades. When did the chili go seasonal if they still offer it on fries, hotdogs and now burgers?? I just wanted it for my burgers. With her care less attitude, I just left.Waste of $24
