I received a raw and pink quarter pounder and was told it was safe because they cook their burgers to an FDA safe temperature that is checked multiple times per day and they don't want to refund me. I will post the photo of my burger with this review so I can show how unacceptable and raw this was. I am disgusted and all I want is my money back for something that I didn't even get to eat and they are basically gaslighting me that this is fully cooked and acceptable. for the prices...read full review
the Big Arch was big bad and the fries are now fry-staws that aren't actually filled in with anything. super unpleasant to deliver from, the lowest fares in the industry. high prices and lack-luster value, I'm reminded of why I seldom bother with McDonald's anymore.

some of the independently owned and operated McDonald's in Lancaster are okay.
This was the most unorganized group I have ever seen. First they took 40 minutes to get our food. Inside. Second I ordered regular sausage McMuffins for my kids. They put spicy ones with A-LOT of sauce. My kids couldn’t eat it. I never got my hash browns. I waited. 4 people asked. I finally had to leave and just told them to keep it. So I paid about $40 bucks for three drinks, two hash browns. And my egg McMuffin which was even warm. I will be skipping this place for now on....read full review
