I understand this is a new location, but they really need to train people to pay attention better. When ordering straight off the menu, and the receipt is correct, you shouldn't have to worry about if the food contained in the bag is correct or not.
Iāll be nice and give them two stars. Iāve never known a location to be as slow as this one is. Like consistently slow. My orders have been wrong in the past, but Iām fine with it since itās not the end of the world. But getting orders right would be a start. On another note, I ordered a mocha frappe and waited 30 minutes for it. After about 20, I heard someone yell, āI donāt know how to make a mocha frappe, anybody else know?ā And then a chorus of idks. This location has VERY slow service. The first time we dined in it took almost 40 minutes to get our food. Tonight we ordered through the drive thru and when I took a bite of my burger it was way undercooked and my fries were hard and cold, (I live less than 5 minutes away). Iām very disappointed in this locationās service and quality of food.
