I come to this Starbucks every morning before a long day of work. Alexx, Jackson, Bella, and Bri make my day every single morning. I am greeted by the biggest smiles, warmest coffee, and freshest food at 8 AM on the dot! I cannot emphasize enough how quick they are. Never once have I worried about not making it to work on time due to a delay (and I work in Alpharetta!). One of my favorite things is the amazing art work each time. I was running behind on the way to school and I had to stop for coffee. I was afraid I was going to be late but Alexx and Jackson were so quick and pleasant, I ended up making it early! Very pleased, I’ll definitely be back!

Not sure why at 4 pm in the afternoon they had four employees standing behind the counter and my daughter walks up and it took them at least a minute or two to watch her stand there and then tell her they were closed .And watched her walk away and yelled out Sorry!!!Very rude and unprofessional and embarrassing .She works at Starbucks and would never treat guests that way .
