My husband ordered a family size Lasagna and Caesar Salad. The lasagna was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised it was authentic Italian style and not the American version with ricotta. We will definitely be ordering again soon. Highly recommend!
This Italian restaurant is fantastic! The bruschetta and cucumber martini were amazing! Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere made it a place we will definitely visit again!
Our group had a beautiful lunch at the GrapeVine’s. The food and drinks were amazing, the service was fast and professional and the atmosphere was perfect. We’ll be back whenever we’re in town again.

Based on the reviews, GrapeVine's Casual Italian Dining is a super pleasant spot with wonderful food and great prices. It offers some of the best Italian food, including one of the best risottos of a lifetime. Other specific meals mentioned are Chicken Parmesan, Eggplant, tomato and mushroom soup, and Shrimpi Scampi. The tomato sauce is on point, and the rolls come out hot with the correct amount of butter and garlic. The Caesar salad is fresh and crisp. The restaurant has a great atmosphere with friendly people and wonderful service. They have great deals like $5 Martini Mondays, spritz on Tuesdays, wine on Wednesdays, and $9.95 lunch specials. It is a favorite restaurant in the Cumming area, definitely better than other Italian places and 100 times better than any Olive Garden. The kitchen can be a bit slow, but the service is excellent.
