Since opening they have not gotten one single order right! Ordered plain burger just cheese, comes with everything on it so much ketchup it’s coming out the side, then the burger isn’t even cooked all the way! And neither were the nuggets, called the store. Was informed oh yeah someone told us earlier the burgers weren’t cooked right so we are having trouble with a grill yet they continue to allow things to be ordered and not make sure it’s fixed. Hello food poisoning. Good luck getting the manager to speak as well. And the food is always cold!

This place is kind of a mess. They can't ever seem to get it right. We stopped in on a Thursday night after the kids practice, service was so slow we got a refund and left. It didn't seem like an adult was in charge - teenagers in the kitchen yelling at eat other the whole time. We picked up hot cakes this morning, they left out the butter and syrup. The kids really enjoyed eating dry pancakes. I got a burger a while back, the cheese was only halfway on the sandwich, and ketchup smeared all over the top of the bun. It looked like they either dropped it or sat on it. So, that's it for me. Not going back.

We were very excited when this location opened close to the house but almost every single time there is an issue . Food missing or wrong item given but my husband went by there today to get his egg McMuffin and just mentioned to them about the issues the employee at the window called her manager up who was very rude to my husband even went so far as telling him that he “could be making it up “ so yea no more visits to this location .

I just left here after ordering breakfast and the orange juice is watered down! There’s no orange juice taste at all, it tastes like straight water. It’s disgusting.

Usually I don’t have an issue but I came thru this morning, ordered two hotcake’s and got no syrup or butter or anything. Disappointed, I’m sure everyone in drive thru was missing their sauces. Do better drive thru.

Order missing food. When I called the employee was extremely rude and hung up on me. Tried calling back multiple times and they would just pick up the phone and hang up again. I am in customer service and am very forgiving but since moving to north Georgia I have never experienced such rude staff in any business.

The new location is ugly And the lack of soda machines Makes me upset. My fries were cold, and they did not make my burger properly. UNBELIEVABLE! Trash cans were full, and there was mold on the underside of the urinals in the bathrooms! Will not be visiting again for a long time.
One of the worst mcdonald locations ive evee been to-spending over $40.00 for lunch-the order was cold burger & fries-asked for sauces for 20 piece 1sauce muggets cold-burgers cold & just thrown together with the top buns not even on the burgers-i wont spend another dime at this location-if this happened once-id let it slide 3rd timeDo yourself a favor-find another restaurant-this place is horrible

I will NEVER go to this store again. Every time (at least 6) I have ordered from here I have had a problem. Today I ordered a sausage biscuit, drove 15 min. to get there and they are out of biscuits. With all the other negative reviews posted with similar experiences I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE.

I was excited them they were going to finally open a McDonald's near my home but what a disappointment. If you are in a hurry keep driving to the next closest McDonald's you'll probably get your food faster there than if your were waiting at this McDonald's. 20 min for 2 basic meals and that's only because we said something. Hopefully the new Zaxby's is better.
