McDonald's in Canton

“My name is Ashley! I’ve got to tell you, When I was a little girl, I used to go to McDonald’s all the time with my family. As a teenager, of course, a few times, however ,as an adult, I would choose Wendy’s, McDonalds, to me, The food no matter where I went, it just wasn’t good. I don’t usually leave many Google reviews. My family and I went through this drive-through last night around maybe 7:30- 8 o’clock, this was hands-down the best food I have from McDonald’s my entire life and I’m not kidding. I don’t know who was working that night but usually around that time, the food you get through fast food is horrible and it’s not even worth getting. Every single bite was filled with deliciousness. It was so fresh and I can’t believe you guys have a low rating! I don’t know about the dayshift, but I can tell you that I really hope who was working that night on December 27th between 7:30 PM or 8 PM. I want them to get the credit they Deserve. You guys did an amazing job. You’re the Earth angels of McDonald’s that’s for sure lol thank you for making our food very fresh! Our kids as well. That’s the most important thing. Our kids loved it and my daughter usually does not like chicken nuggets at all from McDonald’s but she sure ate yours that night. We came from acworth and I’d take that drive again!“

“I love this store; my daughters love playing here. The service is excellent—especially when we are assisted by the employee Skylar. Skylar is always so cheerful and smiling when she welcomes us; she is incredibly helpful and always hands out stickers to the kids. I would hire her for my own business in a heartbeat! She always stops by our table to check if everything is okay and if we need anything else. I haven't encountered an employee quite like her at any other McDonald's location. Skylar is the best employee!“

“I usually don't do a review for a fast food chain, unless it's really bad. However I was really surprised when we decided to go in and thought I'd leave a review. Two staff members were extremely kind and took initiative to ask me and the kids about how we were doing, and had pleasant small talk. The kids area was clean and the food came out promptly. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had at a McDonald's in a long time“

“The fries were great, but the employees made the experience even better. One employee in particular, Charisma, was super kind and helpful. They were having an issue with the water, and she went out of her way to give me a bottled water for free instead. She seems like she may be newer, but she was very friendly, attentive, and handled everything really well. Definitely deserves some recognition. Great food and great employees!“

“I usually get lunch at this location, both dine in and drive through, and though I have the occasional issue, they are usually happy to fix it for me. The inside of the store has always been quite clean, and the workers are reasonably friendly. My toddler is disappointed that there's not a play place, which is the main reason this isn't our go-to location, but that's nobody's fault. The prices are also slightly higher than my preferred location in Riverstone, but again, I imagine that's a corporate issue, not something any of the workers can change.
Overall, I think this is a perfectly fine McDonald's, and I'll continue going there.“

“Okay! The people that run this McDonalds are excellent!! The gentleman talking my order was personable, spoke clearly and was friendly. I have a specialty order and when they brought it to me, they asked me to check it and make sure it was Made correctly. She stood there with a smile on her face and waited for me to check. This place is great.“
