“I absolutely ENJOY coming to this location when the Counter Girl Skylar is at work. Greeted cheerily with a huge smile, is customer service i haven’t seen since i was a store manager of a Dunkin. It’s like i trained her, she’s kind and caring and does her job exceptionally well. Wanna have your order taken by a real person? Come to this mcds. Skylar will be waiting with an infectious smile. She’s also extremely proficient with taking orders and reading your order back to you. She actually cares about her job and wants to work.“

“My name is Ashley! I’ve got to tell you, When I was a little girl, I used to go to McDonald’s all the time with my family. As a teenager, of course, a few times, however ,as an adult, I would choose Wendy’s, McDonalds, to me, The food no matter where I went, it just wasn’t good. I don’t usually leave many Google reviews. My family and I went through this drive-through last night around maybe 7:30- 8 o’clock, this was hands-down the best food I have from McDonald’s my entire life and I’m not kidding. I don’t know who was working that night but usually around that time, the food you get through fast food is horrible and it’s not even worth getting. Every single bite was filled with deliciousness. It was so fresh and I can’t believe you guys have a low rating! I don’t know about the dayshift, but I can tell you that I really hope who was working that night on December 27th between 7:30 PM or 8 PM. I want them to get the credit they Deserve. You guys did an amazing job. You’re the Earth angels of McDonald’s that’s for sure lol thank you for making our food very fresh! Our kids as well. That’s the most important thing. Our kids loved it and my daughter usually does not like chicken nuggets at all from McDonald’s but she sure ate yours that night. We came from acworth and I’d take that drive again!“

“The KIDS that work there are rude. Don't care and know nothing about customer service. They don't listen to your order and just give you your order. There is no would you like anything else, no thank you, nothing!!!

That said my food was hot and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised. So the kitchen staff is doing a great job, just not said for the KIDS who know nothing about manners and customer service at the front of the restaurant.“

“I got your caramel coffee with extra shot of espresso I love it I love it my daughter got a double cheeseburger meal with a sweet tea we loved it what made it so good we got to eat together we don't get to do that very often anymore I forgot to take photos“

“I usually get lunch at this location, both dine in and drive through, and though I have the occasional issue, they are usually happy to fix it for me. The inside of the store has always been quite clean, and the workers are reasonably friendly. My toddler is disappointed that there's not a play place, which is the main reason this isn't our go-to location, but that's nobody's fault. The prices are also slightly higher than my preferred location in Riverstone, but again, I imagine that's a corporate issue, not something any of the workers can change.
Overall, I think this is a perfectly fine McDonald's, and I'll continue going there.“

“It’s amazing how something simple like a cup of coffee that you would get on any average day could turn into a bright part of your morning. Terry was very kind and making sure my order was correct and started my day off with a beautiful smile.“
