McDonald's in Cartersville

“They did an amazing job tonight, They worked so hard to get everything out when they could with the limited amount of people they had today for Christmas. Even though there was a long wait which they couldn't control because they weren't expecting to be as busy as they were. They did a great job and I hope they have a great rest of their day when they get off. They earned it!“

“Great place overall! Only concern was the night shift team… as a pregnant woman, I crave nuggets. The app says breakfast starts at 3:59am so you would think at about 3:40 it is still ok to order “dinner”. There is no line, no people at that time. I tell the caucasian lady with glasses and wavy hair I have a mobile order she says, “depending on what it is I might be able to do it”. This isn’t the first time she does this insisting to get breakfast. The team seems very upset at that point and I understand, night shift is tough but attitudes are uncalled for. After about 10 min a red haired lady gives me the bag and says absolutely nothing. Food was fresh though :)“

“I think jacob by far is one of your best managers. Almost every time I've been here to eat hes there and always consistently on the move. Some days I've seen him doing everyone else's jobs, while the kids seem to just wonder around my boy needs a raise and promotion! Great food, always makes my fries fresh without complaint and will always have something nice to say. I love his positive vibes!“

“Did a curbside order through app. Came fast and correct. The cutest part with my cashier bringing out my food with a tray of sauces. Never seen that before. &It's so considerate to those who might not be thinking about it at the time“

“Mickey Ds ya gotta do better! I stop at this location more than I should at my big age. Mostly in the wee hours of the morning. I stopped by today and there was a young lady running the entire restaurant. Plot twist: my double cheeseburger was the best I’ve had from there in a couple months. To the young black woman w/dimples THANK YOU!“

“I enjoyed the McDonald's very much. The service was good and the place was clean and the food was good. My only recommendation is to set the packs of ketchup out so you don't have to flag someone down in the back to get your ketchup for your fries“

“I’ve visited this place twice so far, and I plan to keep stopping by on my way home from work. I’m Korean, and I really like the burgers here. The meat is warm, and compared to other franchise burgers, it’s not too salty, which I really appreciate.
Writing this review is already making me want another one. I guess I’ll have to come back again tomorrow!
I noticed some people gave lower ratings because the food isn’t “healthy,” but I honestly don’t understand why someone would complain about that at a fast-food restaurant.
