They know my name they speak to me make me feel welcomed and then the food is always perfect. This the best mcdonalds i have ever been to. Thank you tonthe employees who are kind to me and arent judgemental or hateful.“

But kind of dirty!!
We ordered at the kiosk and it did not accept the coupon so it had a glitch or something... But the front attendant was super nice and took care of us and went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed.
Restaurant was dirty. The floors were definitely not clean and I'm not talking about just a single day's worth of dirt.
But that is the floor. The tables were acceptable, not clean but not filthy.
The bathrooms were horrible.. . The men's and women's. --- I would not send my children in there by themselves because they're going to come out wise than they went in.
The food was McDonald's standard... No Michelin Star lol“
“I understand that McDonald's has been utilizing the order kiosks, but a part of an experience is how the restaurant made you feel. The cutoff of human interaction feels unwelcoming or inappropriated that we are purchasing McDonald's services. Is it that you can't employee enough people to be at the register? Or is the Kiosk saving you money or making you lose money from the lack of human interaction? Marketing team, I would look into this since the kiosk was introduced.“
“Usually not a problem finding a clean table at a McD’s, but not the case here. Play area was relatively clean and in good repair. Kids had fun. Toilets were clean and in good condition. Food? Everything continues to shrink. Otherwise, still the same McDonald’s taste.“
“I must commend the night shift workers for their promptness in rectifying any issues or offering apologies for any inconvenience caused. The fries and drinks are absolutely delicious! However, I’m disappointed that the Higher ups doesn’t seem to care about the AC being down. Every time I visit, they always look so dehydrated & hot. I would have called the health department if it were up to me!“
