02/22024: Owen was Excellent. This is one of only two McDonalds in a ten mile radius where will will eat McDonalds food, (Mars Hill and Giles Road). The staff at this unit is highly trained, polite, kind, attentive, knowledgeable on product and software. The unit is very clean. This unit is well organized. Great Service and they staff is always pleasant and curtious. Food is consistent like all McDonald’s. You always know what you are getting. It’s typical fast food. But the staff makes it a pleasurable experience.
