Good and hot enjoyed the breakfast.
Drive Thru- I ordered deluxe McCrispy meal with extra mayo and this is what they gave me….. also when I asked the lady for extra mayo while she was taking my order, she said I don’t know what you’re saying then at 1st window while paying her again I said extra mayo again she said tell them I don’t know. That’s so rude and this is what I get for a deluxe.
I've eaten at a lot of McDonald's locations throughout Metro Atlanta, and this Cumming location on Old Atlanta Road is definitely one of the best. The service was fast, the restaurant was spotless, and even the bathrooms and windows were exceptionally clean. Manager Carlos provided outstanding customer service. McDonald's restaurant received mixed reviews. While the food and cleanliness were generally satisfactory, there were issues with slow service and staff behavior. One customer mentioned slow service at night, with one employee appearing preoccupied, and another employee not cleaning a spilled drink. The fries were also reported as not hot. Another customer mentioned feeling queasy after eating, but it had been a long time since they last visited McDonald's. Overall, the restaurant did not meet the usual standard of cleanliness and food quality that the reviewers were used to. This is an ok place but service varies a lot based on the Manager at service at time of visit. Sometimes its beyond expectation like you get napkins, ketchup, mustard etc without being asked for and other time you will get your custom burger even given as same as without customisation. Drive through is quick most of time but what you get that is not guaranteed, you may end up getting cold burger. Kids like French fries and Chicken Nuggets from here. Kids love to play in the play area inside. Nice place and Ambience. Plenty of Parking. Very much affordable. Service is nice. The manager at this location went above and beyond to help with the smallest of issues. Clean, organized and well ran.
