“Vinie was awesome. Super chill, fun to talk to, and just genuinely cool, which made the whole experience way better. The ube drink was fantastic too, definitely a standout. I’m still salty that the horchata is out of season, which is tragic, but aside from that, it was a great experience overall.“

“i come here semi-frequently and service i always friendly! especially if you're lucky enough to be interacting with chris. in my experience food can be a little hit or miss, which keeps me from giving them a full five stars! the inside is relatively newly renovated as well. it's also usually not very busy thank to the starbucks that just opened a little further down roswell road.“

“I don’t live in Georgia I don’t even have a car here. I flew out to help with my daughter’s house issues. I don’t know if there is a closer Starbucks but I choose to walk 1.5 hours hoping GiGi is working. So far she has every time but her personality her customer service her passion to make every customer’s drink perfect. I am from Ireland where our coffee is made differently. All I can say is she makes the 1,5 hour walk worth it because she would make Ireland proud how she makes coffee. Thanks GiGi for bringing Ireland to Georgia.“

“This is definitely my favorite Starbucks location by far. I go here to skip the line at other Starbucks and it is usually never busy. Jewel is an amazing barista and everyone is always so friendly and happy. It is very clean and quiet. Sometimes it does get busy and they only have one person working but they move so fast and get through the line very quickly. I love this Starbucks and their amazing baristas!“

“I came in today and the staff was literally amazing and the music they played was excellent. I ended up dropping one of my drinks after I left. So the. I came back and they were very attentive and got me out quick. Hope each person that worked today have a great day of their own and I will be back !!!!! Thank you guys again“

“Been going to starbucks for years, and over the last year it's been hit or miss on drink flavor/quality. I went through the drive thru and met a great barista named Zach. He said hey taste this, because he used the end of the pistachio syrup and wanted the drink to be great. I thought it was a little bland, so he made a better one. Keep in mind, I have received drinks from this store that were totally wrong, but they didn't seem friendly enough to correct them. He had a great attitude and care for his job, which means a lot to me! thanks Zach!“

“Very positive customer experience in this Starbuck's location. The staff is helpful and professional. "Becca" showed outstanding customer service skills, courteous and attentative to customers requests. The coffee was top of the line, and made just the way I like it! One of the best customer service Starbuck's location, I've visited in the area. “I just want to say Audrey is amazing!! I ordered a venti matcha latte with non dairy strawberry cold foam the other day but it didn’t quite turn out how I imagined. I called to speak with a manager and was greeted with Audrey. She immediately understood my situation and delighted in remaking my drink. & oh boy! It is delicious she recommended the pink drink with strawberry puree with matcha cold foam so good!! She’s great & so is the rest of the team I love this Starbucks better than the others 🤫“

“I wanted to leave a positive review for this particular Starbucks (inside Kroger) because every time I come in, the employees are friendly, hardworking, and kind. Some of the hardest days of my life have been made a little easier by the kindness I’ve received at this Starbucks, and I think their employees deserve recognition for the effort they put in every single day.

I especially want to recognize Mackenzie this morning for always being welcoming and professional. Whether she's working alone or with her other amazing coworkers, little moments of kindness from people like her really can make someone’s day better. More than they probably realize.

“Great customer service! I took an Uber here and did not realize that the inside Cafe was closed and that they were only doing drive-thru orders. The staff here was kind enough to allow me to sit outside and work and order from there. I know that I did not have to do this but I was greatly appreciative.“

“Stopped for a quick pick me up after a long day at work I usually go to another location. That is a little closer to me, but they had closed earlier than normal. I’m glad I had given this location a try !! Alex helped me in drive thru He was so sweet and kind !! Although our interaction was short it rly made the rest of my day !! “It's a nice Starbucks. The baristas really know their thing and treat you fairly, nothing super fancy but it's nice. Got a drive thru, outdoor seating, smaller lobby but that's 'usually' not a problem..
I say that, because, there's Dickerson Middle School just down the road. On school days come mid-afternoon expect this location to get bombarded by a bunch of bopping tweens getting their afternoon caffeine buzz.. 'nough said. Choose your timing wisely.“
