Starbucks in Alpharetta

“I just wanted to brag on my little Starbucks today.. this is my store that I go to the most, right by work, convenient, you name it. However, if it wasn’t as convenient, as it is, I would still go… The barista‘s working at all different times of day know me and know my order very well. I usually use my app, but today I couldn’t get my payment working… So I just pulled up to the drive-through said my name and they knew exactly what I wanted… You can’t find that everywhere! And that’s why I wanted to brag on my Starbucks! The best barista, the best coffee, the best attitudes, just by far my favorite Starbucks in the area! If you’re around, I highly suggest visiting this one!“

“This is my go to Starbuck in my area as it is the most consistent with good drinks and fast, yet great service! I get either iced/hot lattes and or coffees and they are usually always good. It is rare to get a bad drink at this location. Only issue I have is how expensive it can be, and I dislike getting charged for syrups in lattes but i know that is an issue within the company as a whole, not the employees.“

“The person working the drive thru at my recent visit to this branch was nothing but kind and patient. I was visiting via tourism at the time and never visited a Starbucks until quite recently. I am happy with the service they provided. I just wished I tipped!“

“This is easily one of the better Starbucks locations I’ve been to. The staff is genuinely friendly, the place is clean, and everything just feels well taken care of. It’s honestly refreshing to walk into a spot like this where the atmosphere is calm and inviting. Definitely one of those locations that gets it right.“

“I would like to personally commend the staff on 12/1/2024 Sunday morning. While dining in before a road trip home, an irate-impatient customer started talking out loud harassing the employees. They were professional and proceeded their job functions while handling her with care- and not disrespecting her nor the customers waiting on their orders. Excellent Customer Service“

“Great location, very good service with comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. The only odd thing here is the exit from this location. It’s a bit weird as it takes you around the store.

“Needed a place to hang out until a meeting I had scheduled and decided on Starbucks. Found a comfy chair and they brought my drink to me rather than my having to come pick it up, which was so nice! Two other customers walked in with their dogs and no problem at all. So nice to be in an environment where there is no one complaining about something. Very friendly staff and of course, great coffee.“

“I love this Starbucks. They automatically make a large ice water and a pup cup with my order (you can't order them through app) and they know I always request to add them. It is amazing customer service that they know my order and also the add-on items I get regularly as well. They are always friendly and helpful.

Parking: They have plenty of parking in their lot or an extended lot in the shopping area.“

“Found this inside Kroger. This one is one of the smallest Starbucks I visited. Snack and drink choices were also little less when compared to other joints.I had a brief wait as I entered. Batista was away on some house keeping tasks. Once she came it's quick and easy.Few seats are also available if you are looking to relax and enjoy your drink. I am giving a 4 rating because the cleanliness needs improvement. Not sure about footfalls, if good number they can add more options in snacks and drinks.“

“Went in today to look for the HK cups, there was ONLY 1 barista working. He was very overwhelmed, stressed and frustrated because he had about 4-5 people waiting. He was super kind to EVERYONE who he took orders from, he was very apologetic and very polite. Even though he was feeling all type of emotions he remained calm & professional. He deserves a raise!!!!! I didn’t get his name but I went in around 12pm he was working by himself, 100000/10 customer service!!! Please be patient with baristas they also deserve kindness and respect!!!!!“

“The place was nice. It is inside the kroger shopping center. We ordered coffee, cake pops,pumpkin muffin,hot chocolate, and the pink drink. The cashier started getting a lot of customers but still fulfilled our order in a timely manner. We were able to go shopping afterwards, so it was a nice convenience.

Kid-friendliness: Very nice for kids.“

“I've been coming here a couple of times within the past week but I came on this past Friday for my birthday in 3/6. I utilized my birthday reward and they did not disappoint! I asked for extra strawberries and they did not let me down! It was my first stop of the day and they truly made my day! They were so kind! I will definitely be returning!“
