“Okay so I sit at Starbucks a lot but the service here is unreal! The manager is so sweet to her staff & walked around handing out brownies - taking the time to talk to all customers on her way! The baristas also were continually cleaning the cafe & were SO sweet!!“

“We need Starbucks to replace Dunkin donuts across from Publix. This store is pretty busy and the parking lot is very small and gets congested very quickly. Felt bad for the staff on Mother's Day, they were extremely busy inside and thru the drive thru but the staff handled it well.“

Danielle was very nice and helpful and she offered to make the drinks for me at their store even though I didnt place it there. Everyone was friendly and so nice.“

“One of the best Starbucks I've ever been to and the staff went out of their way to serve as an official tour guides for the area I actually had to tell them a few times you know please don't let me keep you from your work but fortunately I was there during a LOL and customer demand and I didn't even feel guilty they just seemed to really enjoy telling me about the highlights of their area and I reciprocate with providing info about my region or the region I know which is Washington DC in Baltimore“

“I've been to this starbucks a million times and have yet to be displeased here. Staff is always friendly. It's ALWAYS clean, even though it gets swamped at times with middle schoolers from the local school who gather on friday mornings.

“This location of Starbucks is truly like no other. The experience feels very upscale and professional. The guy on register (dean) took my order today and was super charismatic and patient even with my complicated order. Will definitely choose this location again.“

“Found this inside Kroger. This one is one of the smallest Starbucks I visited. Snack and drink choices were also little less when compared to other joints.I had a brief wait as I entered. Batista was away on some house keeping tasks. Once she came it's quick and easy.Few seats are also available if you are looking to relax and enjoy your drink. I am giving a 4 rating because the cleanliness needs improvement. Not sure about footfalls, if good number they can add more options in snacks and drinks.“

“I love this Starbucks. They automatically make a large ice water and a pup cup with my order (you can't order them through app) and they know I always request to add them. It is amazing customer service that they know my order and also the add-on items I get regularly as well. They are always friendly and helpful.

Parking: They have plenty of parking in their lot or an extended lot in the shopping area.“

“Location: North Point Parkway and Haynes Bridge Rd... the Baristas are polite, make the drinks very well, and on the very rare occasion of a mix-up at the drive thru, if you speak to the store personnel, they're ready to help 🙂🫶❤“

“The place was nice. It is inside the kroger shopping center. We ordered coffee, cake pops,pumpkin muffin,hot chocolate, and the pink drink. The cashier started getting a lot of customers but still fulfilled our order in a timely manner. We were able to go shopping afterwards, so it was a nice convenience.
