“I'd never been to this particular location before, but I really loved the vibe. There was a tall gentleman who made sure to greet everyone as they came in and also make eye contact. I really appreciated that because, to me, it felt more genuine. The place was pretty busy, but you could tell everything was flowing. Nicely. My order was ready and I didn't have to wait. I'll definitely stop back in if i'm back in the area.“
“The enthusiastic early morning greeting from one of the Indian employees created a very welcoming atmosphere. Inside the store, there was plenty of space, which was a sharp contrast to the extensive drive-through line. I noticed they also offered mobile order pickup, a convenience I haven't used yet but might try in the future. The employees were clearly engaged and dedicated to their roles. I ordered a caramel macchiato, and it was just the thing to warm my soul on this chilly fall day. It's definitely a Starbucks kind of morning!Parking: Drive through available so no need to look for a parking space.“
“I've been drinking starbucks for a very long time and some of the locations have for lack of a better way of explaining (they are skimping on flavor cleanliness. either the coffee taste watered down or doesn't taste like what you get elsewhere. this location on satellite i've frequented for the last year and i have never ever had that experience. there coffee in terms of flavor and quantity is always spot on i see the same 5 people of which i apologize I will make the effort to know your names considering you know mine. thank you for always saying hello goodbye and have good day. your coffee is great, you guys are professional, welcoming, and you rock at what you do. from black girl short blond hair“
“This Starbucks is located directly inside the front doors of the Kroger at Reynolds's Crossing. Like legit, it's the first thing you encounter when you walk through the entrance! It is a small kiosk Starbucks, so menu items can be limited here. They featured the standard snack display case, as well as the selection of souvenir and reusable cups. This location did feature dedicated seating with a few tables, which is rare for these grocery store locations! I was greeted as soon as I hit the counter and the Associate was friendly while she took my order. I got an easy Iced Coffee with Almond Milk. It was as expected and tasty! My only gripe is that once my drink was ready they just placed it down in the counter and didn't call out the order or name. There were other folks waiting, so multiple people went up to check it before I was able to determine it was mine. Overall, this is a solid Starbucks location that hit the spot when I was in need of an afternoon iced coffee!“
“Completely understaffed. When they're there, there very friendly and cordial. But Target has the same person running both the Starbucks and the Target cafe' which is not in the same place. The girl had to run back and forth. But again, she was friendly and efficient when she was there. Obviously, the experience is not her fault, and the fault lies solely with Target. At least they take Starbuck gift cards.“
“This Starbucks is located inside the Sugarloaf Parkway Kroger and while I'm not a fan of in-store Starbucks locations, I must say I was impressed with this one.It looks like they finally allow you to use your stars for rewards redemptions (something that Kroger Starbucks locations did not previously allow) and they also had dedicated Starbucks tables so it felt like an actual Starbucks. There's usually only one or two baristas at these locations so sometimes it can be busy but a plus about these locations is that it is usually never as close as busy as actual standalone Starbucks locations. The nearby locations (Old Peachtree Road & Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road) are usually ALWAYS busy so it's always hard to be in and out but I was the only person in line this time around and I was able to get my drink in less than 5 minutes! Of course you have to go in the actual Kroger and there's no drive-thru, but it is still a great alternative from all the business.I ordered my go-to iced shaken espresso and I was able to have a great start to my day!“
“Granted this is the first time I’ve been to this location, but I experienced a truly exemplary staff. Busy barista called out “welcome”. Another saw I had a few items and asked if I’d like a carrier. Store was very clear. Reading some of the negative reviews reminds me of a very important part of “good customer service”: good customer service begins with being a good customer. Someone gave them a 1 star after saying they’ve always had great service here. One bad experience and you’re done? Be an adult. And get off my lawn.“
“The consistency of Starbucks' offerings is usually reliable. However, what truly sets apart the best experiences are the atmosphere, cleanliness, and the service provided by the employees. Unfortunately, I was somewhat disappointed by the service at this particular store. Initially, the greeting from the staff lacked friendliness and energy. Additionally, as I left the store carrying four Venti drinks on a tray, one of the employees entered without holding the door for me, despite seeing my situation. This was quite unusual for a Starbucks store, and I believe it may indicate a need for employee retraining at this location. On a brighter note, the drinks I ordered— including the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha, Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade, and my favorite Caramel Macchiato— were all excellent and well-received by those who consumed them.“
