“This has quickly become my favorite Starbucks. My drink is made exactly how I order it every time oat milk, two pumps of white mocha, extra hot, no foam, and no whipped cream. I really appreciate getting a full cup of coffee instead of mostly foam, which has been an issue at other locations.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Every morning they greet my son and me with a warm hello, and the service is consistently great. It’s refreshing to find a place that truly pays attention to detail and values their customers. Definitely well deserved five stars.“

“I just came out with my Venti CM!! I don't know if this would reach the young woman who helped me!! THANK YOU YOU HAVE PREPARED ME THE BEST COFFEE AND THE BEST WRAP I HAVE EVER DRINK AND EAT IN A STARBUCKS!! I didn't know your name, unfortunately I didn't ask you but you were on shift at 11:30 am. The coffee was perfect and the food was hot. Very rarely did I believe that this is the second time that I received my order perfectly!! THANK YOU YOUNG SUCCESS! Because if today you do your work with Love you will achieve all your goals successfully ??“

“Ordered via mobile early Saturday morning (5:40 AM, 6/20) and had a great experience. Note that there is no drive-thru, but it wasn't an issue for me. Grateful for the smooth experience before my super early flight. Today's baristas saved my life, thank you for coming in clutch 🫶💖“

“My wife and I visited on a Wednesday morning around 11am. The place was very busy but the employees were fast, friendly and efficient and kept the line moving. The interior is open concept with plenty of seating. The coffee and hot chocolate were excellent and overall we had a very good experience. This was our first visit to this location and we will definitely return. Free Wi-Fi; Outdoor seating available; plenty of parking. Open daily;“
“Completely understaffed. When they're there, there very friendly and cordial. But Target has the same person running both the Starbucks and the Target cafe' which is not in the same place. The girl had to run back and forth. But again, she was friendly and efficient when she was there. Obviously, the experience is not her fault, and the fault lies solely with Target. At least they take Starbuck gift cards.“
“Star bucks is Starbucks and does not need any introduction. But yet this location has its own beauty and a coziness that bring a solace and peace to one self. Though you are not alone and away from crowd as the location is inside Kroger and has lots of visitors. Worth a visit for a relaxing time with a pleasure of shopping groceries.“

“I would like to leave a review about JOSH. He was a manager on duty at the time of my visit. I had a mobile order. I came through drive through to grab it. Once at the window I told a gentleman that I had a mobile order he immediately had an attitude and told me I needed to go around and stop at the box. I simply told him I was in the rush and to go ahead and cancel my order. His attitude got even worse and said that I need to come inside to do that. I once again told him that I am not able to, I kindly asked for the phone number to call. He told me that he didn’t have it and dismissed me while continuing his terrible attitude. I asked for a manager. JOSH came to the window. He was calm, very kind and willing to help immediately. Josh made sure that I got my order and even gifted me a gift card for my next order. I really appreciate his kindness and I wish to see more people like him. Thank you Josh! 🙏☀“

“Starbucks at 6450 Sugarloaf Pkwy has a very artistic design. The curved ceiling details and striking gold metallic accents create an elegant and eye-catching atmosphere. The warm golden lighting adds a sense of comfort and sophistication.
The outdoor patio area is relaxing and spacious. Sunlight streaming through the windows creates beautiful scenes that feel almost like being in an art museum.
The staff here are always kind and friendly. I always enjoy the Hot Chai Latte—it remains one of my favorite drinks at this location.“

Bri is always welcoming, upbeat, and goes out of her way to make sure my order is perfect. She brings such a positive energy that genuinely lifts the whole atmosphere.
Hann is equally amazing — friendly, efficient, and remembers the little details that make a difference. He’s always professional and personable, even during the busiest times.
Together, they make a fantastic team. Their service keeps me coming back and really reflects the kind of experience Starbucks is known for. Great job to both of them!“
