“I usually come here in the afternoon, around 5pm, and I just have to say that this location is truly something else. I noticed my drink tasted a bit off and went back through the drive thru. The person on drive thru explained that they're more than happy to remake the drink and even offered me a refund. I took the drink remake but the customer service here is just so nice! This is why I love coming here, even in the afternoon.“

Bri is always welcoming, upbeat, and goes out of her way to make sure my order is perfect. She brings such a positive energy that genuinely lifts the whole atmosphere.

Hann is equally amazing — friendly, efficient, and remembers the little details that make a difference. He’s always professional and personable, even during the busiest times.

“My wife and I visited on a Wednesday morning around 11am. The place was very busy but the employees were fast, friendly and efficient and kept the line moving. The interior is open concept with plenty of seating. The coffee and hot chocolate were excellent and overall we had a very good experience. This was our first visit to this location and we will definitely return. Free Wi-Fi; Outdoor seating available; plenty of parking. Open daily;“

“I just came out with my Venti CM!! I don't know if this would reach the young woman who helped me!! THANK YOU YOU HAVE PREPARED ME THE BEST COFFEE AND THE BEST WRAP I HAVE EVER DRINK AND EAT IN A STARBUCKS!! I didn't know your name, unfortunately I didn't ask you but you were on shift at 11:30 am. “This has quickly become my favorite Starbucks. My drink is made exactly how I order it every time oat milk, two pumps of white mocha, extra hot, no foam, and no whipped cream. I really appreciate getting a full cup of coffee instead of mostly foam, which has been an issue at other locations.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Every morning they greet my son and me with a warm hello, and the service is consistently great. It’s refreshing to find a place that truly pays attention to detail and values their customers. Definitely well deserved five stars.“

“Completely understaffed. When they're there, there very friendly and cordial. But Target has the same person running both the Starbucks and the Target cafe' which is not in the same place. The girl had to run back and forth. But again, she was friendly and efficient when she was there. Obviously, the experience is not her fault, and the fault lies solely with Target. At least they take Starbuck gift cards.“

“Star bucks is Starbucks and does not need any introduction. But yet this location has its own beauty and a coziness that bring a solace and peace to one self. Though you are not alone and away from crowd as the location is inside Kroger and has lots of visitors. Worth a visit for a relaxing time with a pleasure of shopping groceries.“

“I stopped by with my wife and son today to enjoy some coffee together little did I know I would have an excellent experience and wanted to recognize Shafwah, Adriana, Sierra, and Karen for their outstanding customer service. Even though they were extremely busy and there was no manager on shift, they stepped up and helped me resolve my problem with professionalism, patience, and kindness. I had a problem with my order not tasting as I expected.

I expected to just be brushed off as usually happens in some places. However, they took the time to listen, answer my questions, and made sure my concerns were addressed. They never made me feel rushed and worked together as a team to provide exceptional service despite the challenges of a busy shift.

It’s not often that you find employees who are so dedicated to helping customers, especially without a manager present. I went asking for a manager but ended up being taken care of by the best baristas there was. Shafwah, Adriana, Sierra, and Karen went above and beyond, and their hard work did not go unnoticed. Thank you all for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. Highly recommend!“
