“i came here after going to andrettis. the drinks were delicious as always, but the guy at the front spelled my name wrong when i specifically said how it was spelled and spelled it out a second time. the barista was very nice and made my drink exactly how i ordered it (it was a little complicated). they were out of cookies and cream cake pops so the guy gave me the one in the display box… it took a long time to get the drinks but in the end they were delicious!“

“I came in on NYE right before the lobby was supposed to close (unintentionally, the app gave me the wrong closing time) and my barista was SO SWEET! She got my large order taken care of quickly & correctly & I was so thankful because I felt bad that I was interrupting their closing. The three baristas that were manning the entire shop were doing their best to handle the drive-through line, cleanup, and the last customers inside. One of those customers had no appreciation for the fact that it was closing time on a holiday and decided to give their unkind “two cents” on the way out the door - which was just so unnecessary. They’re working really hard and berating them is so uncalled for. Thank you baristas for your great service!!“
