Had a great experience at Starbucks! The service was friendly, fast, and welcoming. Isabelle was especially helpful and made the experience even better. She was really nice, attentive, and made sure everything was right. Great customer service overall — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Starbucks Coffee Company is a restaurant where staff members are always friendly and have a smile on their face. The baristas are amazing and make coffee just right. Customers receive great customer service and food and drink made with love. However, some customers have experienced disappointment, such as receiving a lukewarm 'old' brewed coffee or having a lid fall off their coffee. The restaurant has plenty of vegetarian options for food, but not many vegan options. For drinks, there are plenty of vegan options. The restaurant is kid-friendly with lots of non-caffeinated options and is wheelchair accessible with a big enough entrance and low counters. Customers who visit during less busy times, such as in the morning, tend to have a better experience with fast service and friendly baristas. Some customers appreciate the effort of baristas, such as one who made a new iced americano with a splash of cream after a mistake was made with the online order. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company is a popular restaurant with a great atmosphere, but can be busy and hectic at times, especially on weekends.
