“i accidentally placed an order at the wrong location and i had to call the number to this starbucks letting them know my situation and isa was really helpful and allowed me to come in later to receive my order despite my mistake . Cashier was very understanding they had blond hair thank you for being sweet!“

“Always love getting coffee and a cake pop here at Starbucks. They have such a fantastic atmosphere and so many choices in drinks and confectionaries. They also have a wide variety of their own merch based cups. They have friendly employees as well. A great place for a coffee date and a good meet up spot for visiting with friends and family.“

“I’m not the type to leave online reviews, except for this time… The drink itself is delicious, but I know you guys are capable of mixing the matcha powder more evenly, right? Out of the 10 times I’ve ordered a matcha latte here, about 8 times the powder was still clumpy like this. That’s really the only downside😿“

“I’ve been coming here after work for a couple of days now and almost everytime I’ve had miss Briana handling my drink making, she is very quick and super nice and always makes the drink perfectly, I will definitely be visiting again and this is now my main spot thanks to her! “I understand families and babies however, recently at this location there was a child who would not stop crying. I had a raging headache and needed to go to a calm space which is typically this Starbucks. I regularly frequent this location because its superb staff who act with both dignity and class. The family of the child let their child cry for over 5 minutes and yet did nothing to remove him/her from the environment while other patrons were there studying/chatting. It was no longer raining so I expected any considerate parent to remove their child in respect for others. So when this did not occur I kindly asked a staff member to politely ask the family as I did not have the temper at the moment to it respectfully. I wanted to check reviews because when asked the family abruptly left and as my intuition was correct, left a bad misleading review. I without a doubt believe the staff member acted correctly in this situation. Kudos to the upper management at this location who have trained exceptional staff!“
