“We like everything well enough. We only do pick up orders.
My issue with today specifically is when you pay $7 for a drink and you take off the lid and see this much missing- it is disappointing.
I get there is the frothing portion but this amount not being there is a rip off. I didn’t order a tall and this is what it looks like.
I don’t want to give too low of a rating because overall we like this location but 1/3 of the drink I pay for, taken up by basically air bubbles is ridiculous.“
“In addition to the lines being ridiculously long at this location because they are only ever staffed with just one or two employees, THEY REGULARLY RUN OUT OF ITEMS AT THIS LOCATION. MY SUGGESTION IS TO CALL IN ADVANCE. Oftentimes, you will wait in LINE for 10 or 15 minutes here.Just to find out they barely have ice, water, cups, Chai, milk.... Your better off going inside kroger to buy yourself a coffee to make then“
