“This sits on an historic ATL site which is cool to read about from the original fireplace from the home. But…the staff has such a Gen Z stare vibe. If you’re picking up an order from inside expect the staff to act like they’re too busy to acknowledge you. I’ve found over the last few years, Starbucks is only now good for a drive thru where they have to interact with you. The in-store experience has completely died. :/ Visit this store for good drinks and local history, but be prepared to baby the staff along your order process so you won’t be forgotten about. :)“
“We mostly come to Starbucks for cake pops for kids as a treat. And i wish i could give 10 stars for service.
Most starbucks will take your order for a cake pop, then queue you up to wait for all of the coffee orders in front of you and online orders, then eventually will open up the fridge and grab a cake pop.
This starbucks just hands you a cake pop at the counter rather than waiting for 15 minutes with 3 kids for a cake pop. THANK YOU!“
