“This is hands down my favorite Starbucks in Atlanta! I’m here at least three times a week — it’s basically my home office 😄 The customer service is always top-tier, and most of the baristas already know my order by heart.
You can tell the staff takes pride in their work and regularly go through training. Dustin does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly — you’ll often see him cleaning tables, pushing in chairs, or helping train new baristas. The space is always tidy, and the bathrooms are consistently clean (which says a lot for how busy this area gets).
All the baristas are awesome, but Skky and Nikki are my MVPs. Skky is incredibly knowledgeable and provides such genuine, down-to-earth service — never forced, just real. And Nikki’s energy is infectious! She’s always upbeat, and it’s hard to leave without her putting a smile on your face.
I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks around Atlanta, but I always find myself coming back to this one. The vibe, the people, the consistency — everything about it just hits right.“
“My experience at Starbucks Coffee Company - W Paces Ferry Rd was really chill and enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed, clean, and perfect for either getting some work done or just unwinding with a good drink. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my order was made exactly how I like it.

“I absolutely LOVE this store, and the staff members are incredibly friendly. I particularly wanted to highlight the exceptional service provided by Desmond!!! Every time I visit, he greets me with a smile, asks about my day, and provides some great laughs, which I truly appreciate before going into work.

“My family has been going to the Toco Starbucks for 20+ years. For a long time my went on a daily basis. She now has Alzheimer’s and cannot drive anymore. When I go, the team members that knew her still ask about her and remember her order. Today my mom’s latte accidentally got left out of my order. “I come to this Starbucks 6 days a week, and I think many of the complaints about wait times are unfairly directed at the store staff and managers. This location stays extremely busy, and a major part of the issue is the volume of mobile orders being allowed at one time. As someone who has made Starbucks my workspace for almost a decade, I've seen a lot of challenges in stores due to online orders. When online orders exceed what the current staff and equipment can realistically handle, everything backs up for mobile, drive thru and in-store customers. Starbucks would benefit from an automated system that temporarily slows or pauses mobile orders during rushes based on actual staffing levels and available equipment. That would help protect employees from unnecessary frustration while also improving the customer experience. The mangers and employees at this location work hard under difficult conditions. The complaints in high-traffic Atlanta stores, such as this one, are bigger than any one manager or team can handle. I appreciate the effort this staff puts in every day, and I hope corporate leadership continues looking for operational solutions that better support both employees and customers.“
“I visited the store today for my birthday freebie, and the drive-through barista not only acknowledged my birthday, but broke out in an impromptu dance remix of “happy birthday” to which me and my wife obliged witg a full club banger dance party, as he sang and brought the party all by himself! Not only was it a pleasure to be in the presence of that type of energy, it also made my day and put a smile on our faces! “I stopped by this Starbucks while visiting my sick grandmother in the hospital, and I just want to say how much I appreciated the kindness and warmth of the staff. It had been an emotional day, but the friendly smiles and welcoming atmosphere really lifted my spirits. Not only that - the barista saw how i was feeling so she suggested I get a Vanilla Protein Latte. My drink was made to perfection and the barista even took a moment to ask how my day was going — a small gesture that meant a lot during a tough time for me. And the woman with the braids denied my child of a cup of water even though she sees me very often and knows very well I was coming inside to purchase my regular. Surprisingly, I did not see any seating options (may be I missed them?).Service is quick - typical Starbucks style. We had to wait a few minutes as no baristas were seen. “This is an efficient and convenient place on campus to grab coffee in lower Manley Student Center. I went here on a Wednesday around 10am and had little to no wait. The line seems to be long earlier around 9am.
They have friendly service and diverse menu items. I ordered a tall pistachio cream cold brew plus an egg, mozzarella and pesto breakfast sandwich. They were both delicious and prepared well.
I really appreciate how they enthusiastically shout your name when your order is ready. The staff create a welcoming and pleasant environment. They truly seem happy to serve with accuracy and efficiency.“

“I've been a customer at this Starbucks location for over a year and sometimes I don't feel very welcome as a customer. The stank attitudes are very real! I got this order in the drive-tnru so I had no idea who made them and of course I left ZERO tips in anticipation of how awful they were going to be. But when the cashier handed them to me I IMMEDIATELY that they were going to be delicious because of the deep brown color of the mix and the way it look EXACTLY like it does in the menu/promotional pics!!
I got half way down busy N. Druid Hills, turned around, went back to the store, parked, when back inside with the drinks, and she was the only barista I saw so I asked if she had made them, and she said YES! I huge smile appeared ony face and I explained to her how AWFUL everybody made this drink and what she did next just blew me away --- unpromoted, she ACTUALLY explained how the drink is supposed to be made. I listened in amazement at how complicated the process is and understood at that moment why every drink always sucks. Because nobody is willing to put in the effort that is required to make the drink properly.
So folks, if you're ever at that store and want a frappacino made, XIMENA is your girl. I even tipped her $20 before I left.“

“I literally drink here every morning. That’s not an exaggeration, every single day I order coffee from the Starbucks and I tip every time because the service is great. The people are kind, they move quickly. I mean, I’ve literally never had a complaint. Even when I order in advance, I think there’s only been one time where I’ve showed up and my coffee wasn’t ready to go. Sometimes when I go inside, it’s so busy nobody may speak, but I also don’t really need them too because I ordered my coffee in advance and it’s sitting out waiting for me. Upon arrival I could not remember the name of the drink that I usually get, she was very patient with me as I tried to recall. When I did recall it was a pumpkin cream chai, and unfortunately it is seasonal. I was bummed about it however she suggested that I try a dirty chai instead with sweet cream and a salted caramel cold foam. I was hesitant because I had tried a shot of espresso in my chai before and did not like it, however I decided to give it a go. To top it off she was the first person for the years I have been patronizing Starbucks to show me how to maximize my points and took the time to show me. It's pretty loud because it's packed with students studying obviously, and the music can be loud as well. Otherwise there's plenty of seats to study or do group work, nice big windows. There's a pretty mural towards the back. Madeleines were decent as a quick to-go snack as well.“
