“I had a great experience at this Starbucks in 3 Alliance Center. Particularly a young lady by the name of Brittany. She was courteous and engaging while I was deciding on my order. “My review is based on the few times a few years ago my family and I would come here occasionally. This location is one of two Starbucks from which I or my family has had no issue. The atmosphere here, inside and outside, was peaceful. I had no customer service issues while in-store nor with our beverages and desserts. This location was my mom's preference to get her favored lemon cake and a hot coffee. This parking lot of this place would fill quickly and is small but the service wait time wasn't long for the few times I came here. I'm unsure of any changes of this location as of now but I gave only good memories of here. We only came here for take out each time.“

“Today, my mother, brother, and I came into this Starbucks to get a drink. My mother—-who was having a terrible day due to receiving tragic health results—spilled her coffee all over the sitting area. MJ came over quickly and cleaned it up. His attitude and kindness truly stood out. He didn’t make my mother feel bad and said, “happens all the time” with a smile. “My family has been going to the Toco Starbucks for 20+ years. For a long time my went on a daily basis. She now has Alzheimer’s and cannot drive anymore. When I go, the team members that knew her still ask about her and remember her order. Today my mom’s latte accidentally got left out of my order. “I was in town and decided to pop into this Starbucks for a quick drink. When I say this Starbucks has a vibe unlike any that I have visited, you can tell that the barista enjoy their job! Everyone was super friendly, but Kayla and Armond (I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) really exemplified customer service and made my drink to perfection! Anytime I am in town, I will brave traffic to visit this location.“

“Desiree took care of us today as we visited the coffee shop inside for the first time in forever because we usually go through the drive thru, but I’m so glad we did! She completely lifted our spirits and this the best experience ever!!! As we navigated through the menu she helped us choose sizes and options that fit exactly what we came for! “My go-to Starbucks location. The baristas here are so friendly and hardworking, and they always make my drink just right! The store is also very clean and the vibes are great. Love spending a few hours here studying and meeting with my friends.“

“The employee that initially took my order was very nice and courteous. The rest of my experience was not as good. I went inside to place my order. When my food was delivered to the counter an employee asked if I wanted a bag, I said yes and she handed the bag to me. My whole experience made me feel like I was bothering them since most of their patrons use the drive thru.“

“I've been a customer at this Starbucks location for over a year and sometimes I don't feel very welcome as a customer. The stank attitudes are very real! If I didn't like the Ponce City Market area, I would have went to somewhere else altogether. Whenever I see Darien on the other side of the Starbucks counter I feel welcomed all over again! I no longer feel sad or depressed! Darien has always given me phenomenal customer service since day one! It's obvious that he likes his job and his customers and it shows! “This starbucks is a great respite from my office nearby. I am within walking distance from Galleria 100 and come here often each week. The store front is one if the best views for most starbucks, looking out into the Galleria greenway. A very pleasing and relaxing coffeeshop experience. The staff handle a huge rush of traffic each morning very professionally. Mandy in particular is welcoming, professional and always a pleasure to talk to.“

“My favorite starbucks location because i’ve been coming there for 6 years. For the most part I know all the workers. However the new night shift workers are pretty rude so i’m taking away a star. And the woman with the braids denied my child of a cup of water even though she sees me very often and knows very well I was coming inside to purchase my regular. She always had an attitude since she started working there. Maybe show some type of professionalism and know how to interact with children. I also heard the women discussing me amongst each other.“

“This is an efficient and convenient place on campus to grab coffee in lower Manley Student Center. I went here on a Wednesday around 10am and had little to no wait. The line seems to be long earlier around 9am.

They have friendly service and diverse menu items. I ordered a tall pistachio cream cold brew plus an egg, mozzarella and pesto breakfast sandwich. They were both delicious and prepared well.

I really appreciate how they enthusiastically shout your name when your order is ready. The staff create a welcoming and pleasant environment. They truly seem happy to serve with accuracy and efficiency.“

“Between the Self Checkout counters of Target and entrance tucked away is this outlet. Small outlet. Surprisingly, I did not see any seating options (may be I missed them?).Service is quick - typical Starbucks style. We had to wait a few minutes as no baristas were seen. Then one came, taking our order. Payment from the app is easy and fast.Vanilla Latte was ok - normal Starbucks experience and taste.Good outlet for quick buys after your Target shopping. Enjoy.

“The hot chocolate is not too sweet and not too bitter. Initially, I didn't think I would like that, but it tastes very rich. It's also not too hot but hot enough to bring out its flavorful nature. For the coffee cake, it's not too sweet. it's crumbly and soft; a supreme combination.“

“A wonderful quick service Starbucks location. Located inside Piedmont Hospital with a gift shop, conveniently located right across the hall. Also connected to a Panera bread. A wonderful addition to the best hospital in Atlanta.

“This is a very busy location however the quality of the food and drinks is 100 percent unmatched. I have tried three other Starbucks in the area and the drink quality at all the others is actually just bottom of the barrel compared to the winship location. Yes they are busy so wait times can be long but you will not regret the wait. You will end up with a gorgeous drink that is perfectly balanced in every way. And unlike other locations in this area if you pay for add ons like extra drizzle or extra shot you actually get what you paid for. The other locations well let's say that you can forget your extras that you paid for. The winship location will not forget or fumble your order or extras. Yes, the wait is a little more but I choose to wait for a perfect order at winship Starbucks.“

“I think people get the Starbucks locations mixed up. This one is inside the target store. This Starbucks is my favorite. The girl on the cash register is truly a refresher in the morning. She doesn’t make me feel weird that I like my ice water flavored with vanilla. She needs a raise and promotion ASAP. This location is the best hands down.“

“I actually want to give 0-1 stars. (Yes, you read that correctly.) Howver, I cannot horribly rate an entire establishment based on a single individual's bad attitude. I'd like to think that the attitude was/is only for a moment. (At least, that's what I am choosing to tell myself).

I went here 4 or 5 times during the weekend to get a latte in between classes. They were consistently quick and friendly. It's a crowded little parking lot and the drive-thru moved fairly quickly. The people at the window were genuinely friendly and pleasant. I'd have to say that they were a little quicker than most Starbucks at getting out my oat milk cortado.“

“Centrally located in the city of Atlanta, Starbucks is attached to the Embassy Suites at Centennial Olympic Park. Great service and available seating for work or networking. But the frequency of the homeless coming inside can be distracting.“

I was just about to walk out when Ryan appeared and greeted me with a smile and cheerful attitude. “Coffee was good and the pastries are warmed. At check out they request a tip and watch intently. If it were a restaurant this would perhaps be more appropriate. Otherwise it was a fine visit. The are located on LL(lobby level) inside the Marriott Marquis, just across the atrium from the concierge. There’s more than amble seating but only hotel keyed WiFi. Bathrooms nearby are clean.“

“I only take the time to leave a review if I have received stellar service and that’s what took place today at this location. Her name is Gidget, I encountered her at the register. Upon arrival I could not remember the name of the drink that I usually get, she was very patient with me as I tried to recall. When I did recall it was a pumpkin cream chai, and unfortunately it is seasonal. I was bummed about it however she suggested that I try a dirty chai instead with sweet cream and a salted caramel cold foam. I was hesitant because I had tried a shot of espresso in my chai before and did not like it, however I decided to give it a go. I am so glad I did because not only did I love it but it will be my new go to. To top it off she was the first person for the years I have been patronizing Starbucks to show me how to maximize my points and took the time to show me. I am huge on service because I give it everyday in my own profession and I’m also one of those individuals who would drive an hour away from my home to a nail shop that has great customer service. Gidget exemplified this in every way today and I know that she will be a great asset wherever she goes. “I love this Starbucks It is a great location. Atlanta Station is right next to it where there a shopping plaza and a movie theater as well as restaurants to dine in. They also have a bowling alley and arcade and a great place to hang out with family and friends. So if you're in town stop by lots of locals around. Have a Magical Day!.

“Always my go to. For service, a good cup of coffee and clean restrooms …… yep, that’s important.

Wheelchair accessibility: Starbucks is one of the few places I can take my husband , who is wheelchair bound , into the bathroom and assist him. A bathroom with accessibility bars and that is big enough to handle a wheelchair easily. That makes a huge difference for me.“

“Got a tall iced mocha for $5.67. It was alright, better than Kaldi's and cheaper ($8.56!), but nothing special. It's pretty loud because it's packed with students studying obviously, and the music can be loud as well. Otherwise there's plenty of seats to study or do group work, nice big windows. There's a pretty mural towards the back. Madeleines were decent as a quick to-go snack as well.“
