Today, my mother, brother, and I came into this Starbucks to get a drink. My mother—-who was having a terrible day due to receiving tragic health results—spilled her coffee all over the sitting area. The seating area is comfortable, and the overall environment feels like a little slice of home and a community. The team, service, and atmosphere are consistently exceptional, an absolute 10 out of 10. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always kind, gracious, and bend over backwards for customers. Even though it is a bit busy, the team keeps things moving and maintains a positive vibe, handling the busy store with efficiency and a smile. The manager Marisol does an amazing job and keeps customers personally updated; the store has greatly improved since she took over. Employees like Koli and CJ are sweet, professional, and awesome. Regulars are greeted by name, and the team never gets an order wrong not once. Customers drive out of their way for this location, which combines great coffee with a personal touch.
