It took over 10 minutes to get my drink. The barista calling out drinks was so quiet it was impossible for most people to hear it. And the loud environment in the busy lobby just compounded the problem. She definitely didn’t want to be there.
Such nice staff working in the morning during market.
I want to give them a shout out, being in a hotel while a cheer competition is in town and they nailed it every morning. There was enough staff on, they were nice, and the food was the quality I expect. Thank you.

The coffee is great, and the layout is organized and clean, making it a convenient option for hotel guests. The team works well when it's busy, communicating clearly to customers and each other. They make adjustments to get the lines cleared fairly quickly, even when dealing with a constant stream of convention goers. The location has a nice atmosphere, and the food, like the best pesto, egg, and mozzarella sandwich, is also well-prepared. However, some customers have experienced slow service and occasional order mistakes, which can be frustrating.
