Gotta say Starbucks needs to do an old school time and motion study. Massive lines this morning, young woman comes out with stacks of cups on wheels starts taking orders and passing them over the counter. Meanwhile it's obvious what the problem is. Only one checkout open, making all the people sign paper copies on credit card slips. It's like the 1990's called and asked for their checkout back. Sufface to my medium American with a little ice was nearly cold 15-minutes later after we got through checkout. Total time to when we got our food order, 45-minutes.

Lady taking orders before the cashiers doesn't need to be doing it. I showed her a picture and said exactly what Drinks I want she wrote down the wrong one and now they say they are too busy to remake it.....

Sign at 11am stated "The Starbucks today closes at 4pm". Get there at 11:30am after checking out and they're closed. What kind of 'full service' Starbucks closes at 11:30am on a weekend? It honestly would've made more sense to not bother having a closure time sign.

I wasn't in one of their locations, I had to be at a wedding held in the Westin hotel in Atlanta. And there was one in their lobby.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the manager. We were missing a drink and stood there for over 30 minutes as people who ordered after us continued to get their drinks. When i brought it up to her she said “I’m sure i have it somewhere but im only one person”. Even as she cleaned off her stack of cups and we still didn’t have our drink she refused to make it.

As a former Starbucks employee, you wouldn’t catch me or my former co-workers being as rude as they are. Too much attitude too early in the morning. In the words of Tokyo Toni “if you were working for me you’d be fired immediately”?️ The drink itself was fine tho.. I guess.
