Super relaxing and fun atmosphere. Live music the night we were there, super enjoyable. Carly was an awesome waitress!! Drinks were awesome!!! Definitely recommend.
Service anywhere nowadays is pretty hit or miss (usually a miss) but came here the other night and had one of the best bar experiences I’ve had in a long time. Shane was our bartender and absolutely nailed it. Super attentive, easy to talk to, and the drinks were literal perfection. Definitely coming back.
Best hamburger that I have had in years.

Lumen Lounge - Lobby Bar at the Ritz Carlton offers a sophisticated ambiance and impeccable service. The talented bartender, Ayanna, crafts exceptional cocktails like the old fashioned that surpass all expectations. Guests can enjoy a luxurious experience with a delightful surprise of the Ritz's own champagne selection. The bar has a fun yet casual atmosphere, perfect for winding down the evening. The drink menu is astonishing, featuring a variety of top-shelf options, and the sandwiches, especially the sliders and burgers, are highly recommended. The lounge hosts live music from great players such as Cooper Tisdale and Elaina Trent, adding to the lively yet relaxed vibe. Wheelchair accessibility is easy, and vegetarians will be fine, though gluten-free diners should advise the staff upon arrival. While some may find the drinks a bit pricey, the overall experience with attentive staff and great service makes Lumen highly recommended for those seeking top-notch drinks and a refined atmosphere at the Ritz Carlton.
