Starbucks in Fayetteville

“I went to the store in search of a red cup. Upon my arrival I met, Sydney. I asked her first did she have any red cups. She immediately said yes. Then I asked did you have to order a special size to get the cup and she advised no, just one of the holiday drinks. I explained to her while at a Starbucks in Riverdale, I did not get the cup and was not advised they didn’t have any. I say all that to say this. She was a pure, soft spoken sweetheart. She listened and answered patiently all with a smile. She was very empathetic and served me with a smile. I got my cups and had a fantastic encounter. Thank you to Sydney.“

“Out if all the Starbucks in the area this is the only one that ever gets my drinks right! The workers are always nice and professional, and communicate well. I’ve only ever had a problem here once when they didn’t mix my matcha in and it was clumpy, but they remade it perfectly. The other Starbucks locations are lazy, especially the one further down 54 in Peachtree city by Publix. Wrote this to voice my appreciation, I won’t cheat on my home location again lol“
