Starbucks in Locust Grove

“Every time I come to this location, the employees and the customer service are always top-tier. Most recently, I ordered a viral drink that another location unfortunately didn’t make very well. When I came back to my home location(this location) , they remade it without any hesitation and made sure I was completely taken care of.

A special thank you to Shantel, who was incredibly sweet, friendly, and professional. She went above and beyond to ensure my experience wasn’t negatively impacted by what happened at the other location. Her kindness and willingness to help truly stood out.
