“????????.........Such a different vibe, welcoming & professional attitude, drastically more refreshing from this morning @ East Point. Starting with the greetings, when placing my order & even in preparing it.....also in considering my request too. I waited 10 min, then brought it to their attention & batista acted @ once, fixing my sandwich. It took about 15 min, however it as worth it + it's in an extremely busy area. Staffers seem to all be working together as a well- oiled machine, as team members. Thx U, that's how we do it & how it's done ?????. Appreciate it ‼️“

I have a client that lives in the area and as a real estate agent I needed a place to sit and negotiate multiple offers. The staff was friendly and they had some soothing R\u0026B playing in the background! I sat here for about 1 hour as I was negotiating and decided to try a matcha tea. Turna out that I like it a lot! Overall I'd give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐ only because I have not taste the food just yet. I will update my review once I go back for food.“
“Miss Toni at Starbucks was a superstar!!! She deserves a serious raise! Not only was she quick, she was also pleasant and took the time to address the patrons in the store based on their needs. I had to pick up a Doordash order Sunday during a rush hour and among the other 4 employees, she was the only one to see about the patrons. Someone else finally acknowledged me, but didn't have a 10th of Toni's great customer service skills. Miss Toni, YOU make people want to continue to go to that Starbucks!!! Kudos!“
