Starbucks in Mcdonough

“I have been a regular at Starbucks Lake Dow since they first opened. This Starbucks is truly one of the best I have been to, and that is saying a lot.

They have GREAT customer service and they keep the same employees for long periods of time. This is something that I am grateful for as a customer of the franchise, since this leads to consistent results & friendly employees.

They are ALWAYS working and you will never see any laziness in this location. The drinks are always made well too.“

“Starbucks is hiring actuals angels! Saturday evening I was committed to finishing a module of an AI course I'm taking. As opposed to attempting this in my noisy gym across the street, I parked in front of Starbucks, but decided against a 3rd cup of java, and whipped open my laptop inside the car. About an hour later, as the baristas locked up to go home, an actual angel named, Seylah came to my window, bearing gifts. She said with a warm, beautiful smile, she'd noticed me a while ago and wondered if I wanted a snack. Seylah offered a goody bag of noshes that I swear, was curated as if she knew me!! She probably thought I was a woman in distress or someone avoiding going home and she wanted to do her part to improve my day... Awesomeness in the shape of a barista!!“

“I visit this location multiple times a week and I am always pleased with my visit. There is one employee that I believe his name is Jace or Jase that is always kind and polite when I come through. The store is always clean and they work in a highly efficient manner. Kiddos to this store“

“Not trying to do a commercial BUT I was experiencing that trickle in my throat- you know the one you get right before a cold or just a sore throat in general- yeah- that one! I couldn't afford to deal with any of those things so I prayed and bought me 2 medicine balls. Making 4 drinks out of 2. Drinking all 4 hot. By the grace of God sickness passed me by“

“I am a customer at your store and I wanted to brag on Bri/Bre. She worked from the times I was there about 10 something to 1pm. I told her I didn’t know how to order the new drink and she made me another according to my deitary needs.

I ordered my drink wrong. I went and asked her if it had lactose in it. I didn’t know that. it did. She explained how she could make it according to my dietary needs and did so. She even put it in a “for here cup” as an additional touch. I just think she has such a personal customer care to handle my mistake with that grace in such a timely manner. I mean, it took maybe two minutes.

She is a superstar in communication, making drinks, and not making me feel odd or weird about it under pressure. Thank you for hiring her! That type of care just isn’t usual these days.

Also Channing was awesome too! She too made the experience personal for just a glad of h20.“
