“As a long time Hilton Honors member travelling for work, this has been one of the better properties I have stayed at. They give me maximum points. No tricks (like breakfast I thought was free but actually costed me a bunch of points). Good help from the staff. Very friendly.“
“Before corporate greed sucks the joy from CUSTOMER SERVICE, and automate the experience, I want to give this location a shout out. The customer service was exceptional. The guy working the drive thru was not only polite and professional, he was extremely patient and helpful, both dying aspects of the customer service experience. He assisted me with using the app to pay. Another feature of the experience was that he thanked me for stopping by. That element of his service not only brightened my day, it made me feel truly appreciated. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he was a slender, young Caucasian gentleman. He was the BEST!!!!“

“I do feel that you guys have the slowest workers and sometime my drinks are not Always the same taste like it wasn't made right Sometime my matcha just have straight up milk in it as we are speaking I just got my drink. I was literally in line for half an hour“
