“I stopped by this location around 6:15 a.m. before starting my day. I didn’t catch the young woman’s name—I wish I had checked her name badge—but she was incredibly friendly and courteous. Even though she was still in the middle of setting up for the day, she paused what she was doing to provide excellent customer service. I’m not sure why this location has such low ratings, but it certainly isn’t because of her—she was a 10 out of 10.“

“I had to wait for a bit while my car was in the shop, so I chilled here. I really enjoyed myself at this Starbucks location. It was clean, and the service was exceptional. Everyone was super friendly and happy to help. They got my order right. I especially loved the new pistachio chocolate loaf. That is amazing and should definitely be a main stay on the menu.“
“i went around 12 today and everyone was so nice! we went though the drive through and my girlfriend went back inside to ask for some of the pumpkin spice seasoning on her drink (we forgot to order it) and she took the lid off and they happily put it on for her. when my girlfriend went to put the lid back on the cup busted and spilt everywhere. the staff was so kind and cleaned everything up and made us a new drink.“
