“This location is hit or miss honestly. I know my drink will be great when certain staff is working. Other staff not so much. I'm mainly here to complain about corporate and the app. Half the time the app messes up my order and I'm honestly pretty upset at their "seasonal games" on the app. I. Here everyday, sometimes twice a day. I spend way too much here to be honest. And with their most recent Christmas game, I had 2 of every reward bit the last TWENTY snowglove shakes were "non winner" plays. If you don't want to give away free stuff or reward loyal customers....don't even bother. I get it. It's a free game and they don't even have to do it.....so don't. If people are gonna spend money and not win. What's the freaking point.“
“One thing for sure a lot of the baristas have become like family. As soon as they see me or my car by the time I get in there my items are made and ready for me. They make me feel welcomed. Unfortunately, depending on the time of day, some of the baristas are not as pleasant. I walked in the other night and was not acknowledged and when they did they just went right into taking my order. Secondly, my drinks are terrible in the latter part of the day. But in the morning I can say that no matter who makes my drinks my girls and Bryson got me. Lastly, I had my usual danish this morning and it was not good. It was halfway heated no crunch like normal and some of it was cold. Not happy about that at all. Presley, Alana, Bryson, Kami, and Rida to name a few that I absolutely adore. Thank you all for making my Starbucks experience personalized every day“
