It was such a breath of fresh air to have an experience like this at the Starbucks in Newnan, Georgia. We travel all over the country and visit Starbucks in many different cities, and unfortunately, we’ve noticed that customer service has really gone downhill at a lot of locations.
Dillan, the manager/supervisor, completely changed that experience for me. Our order was made incorrectly and included whipped cream even though I’m lactose intolerant. Dillan immediately took care of the situation, remade the drink, and even gave us an extra drink on the house to make up for the mistake. Honestly, I would have been perfectly happy with him simply remaking the drink, so the extra gesture really stood out to me.
What impressed me most was that he genuinely seemed to care. It wasn’t just about fixing a mistake
it was about making sure we left happy and felt taken care of.
People like Dillan are the reason customers keep coming back. He gave me a renewed faith in Starbucks and reminded me that great customer service still exists. Starbucks is lucky to have someone like him representing the company.

“If you like your coffee good and always tasting amazing that’s also served by amazing staff. This is your store. I have been visiting this location since it was built and been through many transitions. However if you know anything about Starbucks from here all the way to Henry County then you know the Name Missy Watkins. Any location she manages is top notch. She is back and i could not be more excited. Again this will be my go to store again!“

“I will admit I'm not a coffee person. Yet with cooler weather in our area, friends convinced me to have a Starbucks beverage. The personal care and attention to details were impressive. Not knowing all the brand has to offer, the associate was more than informative when assisting me. And t noticed that anyone that had anything to do with making my coffee, signed their name or initials were written on my cup.“
“This is easily the best Starbucks around! Seriously – I’ll go out of my way to come to this one! This store’s crew is incredibly friendly, fast, and careful. I always have a great experience here, and I love how spacious the cafe is. This team really brightens my mornings. Hats off to management!“
