Just rude and completely unprofessional, Kotima Or Cotima whatever the “manager” name is. I was told she couldn’t make my drink over even though it was completely disgusting. Please look into this location because whoever she is does not deserve to interact with customers or simply make coffee. Friendly staff. Iced latte costs $7.56 because they charge $1 for light ice. They of course filled the entire cup with ice. I asked them if that was considered light and she said no and remade it. It would be better if they were transparent about the $1 charge. Will not go here again.
