Great customer service
I use the app to order simple things: a small coffee, croissant etc. They’re always late, and sometimes forget the order altogether. Poorly managed, poorly trained staff. It’s the only coffee place within the neighborhood. Dancing Goats! Please open a location near Peachtree Battle!!! Better coffee!
Incredible customer service!
The barista noticed I was holding the book “Almond” while ordering, and we ended up having a lovely conversation about it. After I sat down to read, instead of calling my name across the busy café, she quietly brought the drink directly to my table so I wouldn’t have to break my focus.
Such a small act of kindness, yet it genuinely went above and beyond and completely made my morning. ☕️✨
