The little short lady with the locs should find another job. Every time I come into this Starbucks she’s so disgruntled!!!! And just flat out rude smh! They are ALWAYS out of stock on the tea. When I inquired about it, I was told their is a Starbucks up the street. Lol . OK!!!

I got food poisoning from this place! Ate a maple chicken sandwich from there last week that didn’t taste right and had horrible issues after! Went by this morning and they are “temporarily closed.” Not sure if there were more issues reported but I’m sure this is what got me! Stay away!

The customer service was horrible. I told one girl that I was there for an uber eats order she told me to talk to another girl. She did not tell me I had to wait in line or that those pickups are at a different counter. They do not have any additional signs if you are picking up a doordash or uber eats. The girl I originally spoke to gave me an unnecessary attitude. She lied saying she told me things that she never said, she made different sound effects of frustrations, and speaking over me. I waited around and never got the order because no one thought to ask what order I was waiting for at the only area labeled for mobile orders. It should not be assumed that every Starbucks operates the same way and that delivery drivers will know where to go with no signs posted. Employees should not have a problem explaining pickup procedures.

I ordered a coffee and muffin from Starbucks thru Uber eats and it was delivered. When I opened the bag the muffin was not in there. I called the store and a guy answered and said thank you for calling Starbucks I told him what happened and he said ummm ok well just refund It thru uber there's nothing I can do about it! There is something you can do about it and that's check the damn receipts and make sure the order is complete!!!! I never had this problem and I'm highly upset. The guys tone had no care in the world for his customer! This happened today early in the morning!

I went in this morning through the drive-through there was only two people in front of me as I was getting my order taken the person taking my order who claimed to be the manager did not give me the order correctly he was talking to his coworkers and joking, the whole time my order, and my mothers order was completely wrong. He handed us the coffee with the top, barely on it with five sugars, not stirred, and we’ve gone to this Starbucks every morning and get the same coffees. There should’ve been no confusion they always put the sugar in the coffee and when we asked to speak to a manager he didn’t even try to help. He said that we were looking at one I called corporate. They said he was a shift manager. I’ve never been treated like this at a Starbucks before this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had Do Not go back to the Starbucks on Peachtree in Battle

These people were laughing they were didn’t get our order right they ask us 10 times what we wanted. We told him what we wanted. We got to the window. The orders were wrong. I asked to speak to a manager. He had a minimum five sugars to put in for myself. I asked to speak to manager he said I am the manager. This is the rudest, and the most horrible Starbucks in the city. Do not go here.

Just came through the drive thru, Shay the worker was extremely rude when I asked why my order was taking over 7 minutes for one drinks and they told me they had other people inside who were priority, so I ended up getting a refund for my drink that's how long I had to wait. On top of that the employees here and unprofessional and have no issue swearing in front of customers. Terrible employees, should be ashamed.
