I actually want to give 0-1 stars. (Yes, you read that correctly.) Howver, I cannot horribly rate an entire establishment based on a single individual's bad attitude. I'd like to think that the attitude was/is only for a moment. (At least, that's what I am choosing to tell myself).
Apparently, my wife and I was taking too long in the drive through, attempting to figure out what we would like to try.

Very nice, fast, professional and efficient service
Colin was extremely unprofessional and unaccommodating. , I've been coming to this location for years now and I always get the same order. Today Collin said that I couldn't get the crunch on the side like I usually get. I've been getting the crunch on the side since the caramel ribbon crunch came out they either make me pay for it or they just give it to me on the side so today Colin refused to give it to me saying that it's against company policy and it's always been against...read full review
