I got a pick up order of the Nova Lox Brunch Special. When I went to pick it up, the service was quick and friendly, and the establishment was relatively clean. Unfortunately, my meal was missing the hash brown, and the muffin was a squashed sad looking (chocolate?) muffin. Dining in would probably be a better idea.
I love the food at Einstein’s but unfortunately whenever I go to this location they seem to get something about my order wrong so I don’t feel comfortable going through the drive thru anymore.

Erin in drive thru was incredible! Super knowledgeable and helpful I was grateful for her to be able to be here to help me!! Will return because of her and the service we received! She was so calm and nice the entire time as well.
