“This is THE BEST Einstein’s to ever exist. They are so kind and go out of the way for every customer! Shoutout Kathrine & Ben for helping me. I placed an order through Uber Eats and once Uber Eats failed to deliver it, I called the store and Kathrine answered. She was so incredibly kind and was determined to get me my order. I went into the store and they were waiting for me with my order! They even offered me free bagels for the inconvenience! This store goes above and beyond for their customers even when no mistake was made on their part. I plan to come back often. I love it here.“

The coffee and pastries are amazing, and I can always count on finding a unique gift while I am there. Alon’s is a truly special, neighborhood market - excellent for picking up precooked dinner, having breakfast and lunch. Highly recommend!!“

“Love Brooklyn Bagel Bakery & Deli! I've been to all of their locations now, and I either get a delicious bagel and chive cream cheese and lox. When I go for lunch, I cannot resist that amazing Reuben sandwich. There are lots of other options. Love that all their restaurants are family-owned by members of our community. The customer service is great and you feel the love! I’m so happy the Brookhaven restaurant opened so I can get my favorites located minutes from Dunwoody!“

“Kay and her team were fantastic! Service was quick and friendly and the bagels were delicious 😋 we were talking about a special cookie that was created and we wanted to try (after the fact). Kay was so gracious to give it to us to sample. She also suggested we sign up for their perks...which I did, therefore we will be back to claim our free bagels before we leave Atlanta!!!“

“this morning I walked into a conflict between a customer and employees. the manager was very professional and fair. The customer was not. my bagel was fantastic.“

“Caribou is my favorite coffee chain and since I can’t get it everywhere I try to take advantage of it when I’m in an area it’s at. Today I decided to go by this location before my connecting flight and the customer service was so great I just HAD to write a review. Both of the workers, Visa and Ashley, were SO incredibly lovely, attentive, and polite - a rarity nowadays in the service industry. The cashier (Ashley) even gave me 10% off as an apology for them not having oat milk! I’ve never been offered a discount for a product being out of stock before (and they even had a sign displayed stating they were out but I had overlooked it). Their friendly and polite demeanor was much appreciated and these ladies both deserve to be recognized for their amazing hospitality! Plus the coffee was awesome, as always. Thank you, ladies, for making my day - and making an amazing campfire mocha! :)“
