this morning I walked into a conflict between a customer and employees. the manager was very professional and fair. The customer was not. my bagel was fantastic.
Clean is the absolute man! He remembers all his regular customers and greets them with a smile. It makes the whole experience so much better!
First time visiting this location and ordered the farmhouse bagel and received one that was completely burnt (see picture for comparison)! Had to go back and get my order remade because it was so ridiculous. Not understanding why the person at the counter didn't say anything and just handed it to me as if the order was acceptable.
