Google search says open at 6A on Sundays. Woke up early, dressed and drove over to get 6 bagels for wife’s birthday. Rude clerk says “we open at 7A!” No explanation, no apology. Not worth my peace so left and ran to get flowers and a card till it was worth their time to take care of a long-time customer. Poor training of staff to understand customers are the only reason they have a business. Has lost its neighborhood feel bc a “neighbor” would’ve said, “happy to help!” Unfortunate.

Apparently they now only take cash and will not accept another form of payment. I asked if their system was down and the woman said “nope, we just only take cash.” I love the convenience of a drive through but will not be coming back. If you’re in the area, take a few more minutes and go to Goldbergs.

Bad service. I placed an order on the app for a bagel sandwich with egg and didn’t realize I hadn’t ordered the turkey one. So I go back and ask the lady for turkey to add to sandwich, she wanted to charge me $8.59 for the turkey patty. She actually argued with me about I should have ordered the right sandwich in the app and that she couldn’t sell the turkey separately, I had to order and pay for a whole new sandwich. Insanity

Every time I come to this location is rodiculous. THEY NEVER HAVE PRODUCT. They are rude! And they are extremely lazzy. How is it that at 8:30AM on a saturday they dont have plain bagels, cranberry bagels nor conammon raisen. So I just went to goldbergs and enjoyed

Lazy employees. They regularly turn lights off more than an hour ahead of closing time, hoping to dissuade you from coming in. If lights are on, they try to ignore you, hoping that you will get impatient and leave. Always out of key items. Manager should be fired, owner should have franchise taken away, employees should learn some integrity

Abysmal location. They don’t take credit cards. They don’t honor app orders placed for the drive thru pickup (they make you park and come inside which is in contradiction to the service purchased which was labeled drive thru and confirmed as drive thru on the receipt).The people who work there barely understand English.Avoid this location. I’m surprised it’s still in business.

Very poor restaurant. Have had so many issues I don't bother with them any more.1) Half the time they can't hear anything you say at the drive thru. It's as if they are either hearing impaired or don't understand English. Which is odd because the people who work there are Native English speakers.2) They don't accept credit cards. Their sign says cash only and if you want to pay by credit card order on the app.3) I ordered on the app and selected drive thru pickup. When I got to the window they said they don't do drive thru for app orders even though the app receipt literally says drive thru pickup on it. Basically they are too lazy to honor Einstein's service policies.I would avoid this place. They seem to view customer service and orders as an inconvenience. I suspect they would love for the place to go out of business so they don't have to deal with customers.

Chronically understaffed; poor service. Walked in the store this morning and waited 3 to 4 minutes before an employee even acknowledged me, even though there was an employee in the front of the store. He didn’t say “hi” or “someone will be right with you” or call someone from the back to assist. He just ignored me as he filled orders. Finally a lady came up front from the back and asked if I was there to pick up an order. I said that I wanted to place an order. She then told me that they are drive-through only! I had previously had this experience when I missed a sign on the door stating that they were only doing drive through orders. there was no such sign on the door this morning so I assumed that the dining room was open for customers. Silly me! I mentioned the lack of sign to the lady employee and she said they were told to stop putting up the sign. Thanks for wasting my time! I won’t be back.I went to Goldbergs down the street. Their store is clean, I was served quickly by friendly staff, and their bagels are better.

First time ordering here. Ordered online for a pick up time of 10 AM. Selected Walk in via the website. Got here only to find out it's drive thru only. Arrived at 10:05. Finally got to window at 10:15 only to find out order was not ready. Was told it would be 2-3 minutes because the order was being boxed. 15 minutes later order received and it was not correct. Totally disappointed!!I contacted as advised below! No response!!!

I ordered 4 blueberry bagels on Saturday September 9th. When i went into the store everyone started saying drive thru only. As i was walking out i saw my order on the shelf where they always leave a online order. I went to my car and opened the bag. Two of the bagels were not cooked and were smashed. I went to the drive thru and was told to come in inside the store. As i was showing an employee the two bagels she snatched them our of my hand and tore them apart and said they were fine. I told her i would not eat them. So she then gave me two plain bagels. I will NEVER TO BACK TO THIS EINSTEIN BAGEL STORE. I will go to other locations......Also their website shows this nice inside dining...THERE IS NO INSIDE DINING.
