Big B’s Joint is the Best Food I have tasted in a long time. We were the first to arrive on a raining day. Tim greeted and welcomed us at the door! Talking about an amazing and excellent! I had the Cajun pasta, and it was just okay. It could have used some garlic or a little more layer of flavor. My husband had the blackened trout with spinach and rice. The blackened trout was excellent. It was seasoned really well. I wish I had gotten that instead.
