Used to be better. The food is great, but the place is not so clean. Asked to not add an ingredient, but that was forgotten (just like on my last visit.Staff are using tables to fold boxes and for other operational things, really reducing the atmosphere from cosy to 'you're allowed to eat in their production line'.OverallThe bagels are great, but atmosphere and service have seriously declined
I love my bagels and my ice coffee, no matter where I’m traveling so I’m very picky where I go and reviews help me! Hopefully this helps someone else, the bagels and breakfast were delicious. Customer service was outstanding and it was busy so it took a bit but still would visit again.

The lighting is darkish inside. The register clerk was fantastic. The coffee ladies were rude and short. The food was NOT hot. I had a sandwich with a straight flat piece of cheese, which was nowhere near melting. I was disappointed.
