I come here 3+ times a week and study here a lot for school. There are ALWAYS people (possibly homeless) who just stay in the upper area and sleep on the benches who look like they're just there to be somewhere inside. Service is great, but it's kind of uncomfortable to come here to work, and I've heard a lot of the same things from my peers. It must be because this location is in midtown, but I wish the staff would do something about it.
This Starbucks has really been on the downhill for the past few months. I am a regular at this starbucks and I have been fighting to defend this starbucks but lately the costumer service is not like it was a few months ago. It seems like every time I come down to get a drink the workers have been so rude to me and taking so long to make a drink. One of the worst Starbucks in Atlanta. All of the shift leads are young, and more concerned about laughing with their coworker friends than getting work done. 3 people standing at the tills laughing while one person works drive thru and one person works bar and are both clearly struggling.
